The preparer of this amicus brief submittal to the New York courtroom of Judge EnGoron (aka EnMoron) and his sidekick New York AG (Sweet TiTi) James, purported attorney general for the residents of New York: is NOT licensed to practice law in the state of California nor New York.  But is a real estate broker with 35 years of experience in seeking the truth.

However, since it appears the charges brought herein, evidence significant ignorance of free enterprise/constitutional federated republic ideals, real estate, private sector business practices that value entrepreneurial wealth creation and similar shortcomings, the attorney general may not be able to be unbiased nor educated properly in basic business and real estate law and practice.

Purpose & Process

1. To prevent continued drain of NY resources and… unnecessary embarrassment for the court and for a duly elected AG engaged in persecutorial misconduct, wasting millions more of New York’s tax dollars for this fraudulent court action.  Especially noting, as the Obamanation and its current puppet Joe Biden have created hyperinflation and a generational & incredible decline in national wealth and statewide income, familial wealth and  due to abnormally corrupt DemocraParty (sometimes called ‘blue state’ ideologies such as Marxist, cultural Marxism among others) policies and activities since Jan 20, 2021.
2. Recommend Judge EnMoron must require his persecutor, the NY AG, recuse herself, due to significant lack of understanding of basic business practices, wealth creation, real estate fundamentals in both commercial and residential areas, and general aid to a state and nation brought on by thousands of jobs and careers created by entrepreneurial risk success exercised on the part of the lead defendant, Donald J. Trump and his family and associates.
3. Stipulation of her corruption. Her Marxist training makes her ability to practice law in America impossible.  Recusal is necessary since like many Alinsky adherents, she accuses the innocent of the guilty things she has done.
4. Hypocrisy summary: Madam James took out a loan for her 4 unit residence at 296 LaFayette Brooklyn, NY  11238 in July 2005.  Subsequent, James defaulted on her loan, claiming under oath, she was destitute and demanded a loan modification that began in July 2011. 5. AG TitiJames campaigned, not on protecting the state from true criminals, but to “take out” Trump, one of the state’s heaviest contributors to NYC success and environs, who to this day provides wealth to families by the thousands in hiring practices with good wages and job security, providing the basis for much needed taxes in New York which is reeling from its DemocraParty policies that is bankrupting the state.  James should be recalled for dereliction of duty while New York state still has a few wealthy individuals.  Envy and hate, jealousy and ignorance are terrible bedfellows.
6. Mar a Lago’s treatment by the judge and TitiJames shows significant ignorance of basic realities.        The property is a one of a kind custom 35,000 Sq Ft, 58 bedroom, 33 bath mansion and complex on 20 acres that touches both Lake Worth and the Atlantic Ocean.  It is located in one of the world’s most valuable real estate area, Palm Beach County FL.  It was the Post Cereal heiress’ diamond compound for

   her entertaining that she willed to the Federal Government to be the Winter White House in the future.  Since the Fed government often does not keep “white elephants” due to cost of upkeep, Trump purchased the world’s largest home at one of the most valuable spots on earth for $5 million in 1985 and invested millions more. We know it is located near 2 acre land parcels selling for $200 million.  Plus a brief interstate broker price opinion appraisal is pictured here (this author is a licensed real estate broker with 35 years experience in the state of California) to show that when Judge EnMoron values Mar-a-Lago at $27 million, his willful hate overshadows any remote intelligence he might still have at this stage.                My educated and experienced valuation is $1.4 BILLION.  Not only are two acre lots nearby selling for $200 million, but demonstrating this property is certainly one of the world’s most valuable properties is easy.

7. Persecutor James’ list of properties only emphasizes the Trump brand valuation; it is moot when it misses the X factor that: the whole is much more valuable then the individual operations and properties in the Trump family’s portfolio.  This goes to the potential benefits of other business suitors to work with the Trump Inc. brand and portfolio of properties worldwide, enhancing Trump Inc. value to America and further success in tenuous times.
8.   Like an ankle biting mosquito, James nakedly wants to emulate other avaricious law enforcement entities that rely on asset forfeiture (similar to the RICO banshee in Atlanta) to steal, yes steal the Trump empire, sending thousands to the unemployment lines.  AGTitiJames, NY is going to hell in a hand basket and needs the few remaining wealth creators to pay your salary.  Your over 800 page diatribe is focusing on her toxic Barbary Pirate robbery intention; it only shows Trump Inc. has become one of the most successful real estate empires on earth, with operations across the world. Her fine of $250 million is strategic to steal as much of the Trump $342million in cash; plus become conservator and destroy millions if not billions in value and killing the future of thousands.  It was bad enough that loon AOC refused to have Amazon build a facility in her NY district, blocking thousands of jobs for a destitute area of New York.  She was barely re-elected by a misinformed electorate. James should be recalled and disbarred for excessive power use under color of authority.
9. DemocraParty hacks like James & the AOC Squad should NOT be allowed to destroy the private sector.  Quality businesses like Trump Inc. used to be valued by all political parties and job seekers who want a job.
