The Church, since it’s inception, has been at the forefront of helping those in need in societies around the world.  Providing food, shelter, handouts AND hands up with training for meaningful work; agricultural and water reclamation projects.  The list is long and the need, as evidenced from Calcutta to Compton, is endless.

And in its infancy, Church leaders had everyone put everything into a common pot and dispensed it as necessary to those who needed.  Now, we all know that Marxist socialism is a failed philosophy; even in early Anno Domini, the deacons got complaints about not taking care of the Hellenist widows.  We became too big to hail all the needs.

But that Albanian woman, St. Teresa made that Indian city famous because of her compassion not excuses.  And the wise among us know that excuses are like as err noses: most everyone has one!

In Orange County, 27 percent of children under age 6 live below California poverty line.

Just two miles away from Christ Cathedral, two kids and two adults died in their van in the same city.  Carbon monoxide poisoning trying to hide, because mom and dad, can scavengers by day, were afraid their kids would be taken away.  Homelessness, I hear, is not a crime like homeschooling; but 31 acres of faith in the middle of the OC and not one pop up tent or TuffShed to “shelter the homeless” on site.  I hear ‘shelter the homeless’ Corporal and Spiritual Works of Mercy, like those two stone tablets are not popular these days on campuses named for the Savior.

Personally, I only have 11 kids, so i understand the realities of helping high concentrations of humanity, but I know that if a quarter of the OC have impoverished six year olds, we gotta do something now.  Here’s a solid suggestion:

Christ Cathedral was a Gift AND a bargain.  Time to give a little of it back to God

I was there on a November Thursday, when Bishop Brown and us Catholics spent $57 million, a bargain, for 31 acres of prime Orange County real estate.  A number of buildings on it, including a state of the art 10,600 window paned ‘glass house’.   Soon to be transformed into a grand cathedral.

Today, it is the center of religious life for a great diocese, international ministries and known as Christ Cathedral.

I’m sure we could carve less than an acre from that beautiful campus to do some direct help for the homeless; we’ve discovered the streets of San Francisco, LA, Oakland and other sanctuary cities can’t handle them very well…the street dwellers lack basic sanitation skills and discipline in these Democrat left leaning majority cities.

Locally, Judge Carter just helped empty out the Saint Anne Riverbed by moving many Kings and Queens of the Road ie transients to motels, before the skip loaders came through to remove 44 tons of trash, 2.5 tons of feces and other human waste, 15,000 needles among other things not consistent with flood control work.  But perfect for serving the needs of the truly “needy” and qualified wants of the truly “wanty”.  Adults need to step in when adults lack the ability to live in a civil land, like the truly mentally ill, temporary jobless or chronic adherence to the “streets lifestyle” away from the “normies”.

Can’t help sanctuary St Francis much: to reconnoiter San Fran, there are maps for where the tourists should NOT go, such as enclaves of used needles outside IT startups.  But the OC? We are blessed and we can do more and be a model for the spiritual and corporal works of mercy.  Good Christian service is infectious.  In a good way.

For example, on the CC campus, there’s a large grassy knoll just west of the Welcoming Center and south of the former Family Life center.

On it, a certain number of 10 x 10 foot popups could be anchored, orderly, of course, with cots and possibly privacy wrap around tarps from Harbor Freight.

Each would cost a mere $100 and make great temporary shelter for the needy who continue to come, like a modern Exodus, to the sunny clime and generous services of the OC.

As to feeding the brood, Bruno Serato has perfected the art of inexpensive pasta based meals; the Cathedral kitchen is adjacent to the grassy area and has proven able to feed 2000-3000, so he could train different kitchen krews (like Cursillo or Search retreat programs) to do bed & breakfast style feeding of the homeless.

This would combat the societal comment that if you feed them, they will come…to parks and other gathering spots.  Which is true! You can control the process at Christ Cathedral. The more ‘free’ without accountability one dispenses, the more show up for more of that “free”.  With 11 kids, I have worked for 50 years; not looking for a ‘participation ribbon’ or an Oscar (like the one planned parenthood was honored with).  Just the freedom to strive to work smarter, harder and longer.

This last determination to take care of oneself and family is in danger with the encroachment of leaky thinking, misconception of free market vs socialism, and bsic human nature to do as little as one has to, to get along.  Here’s where 1on1 mentors help.

After bed and breakfast, since it is a good character quality to work,  send them on their way to training programs or gainful work elsewhere in the county, in conjunction with Catholic Charities, CRS, city programs, jobs training, Dress4Success for the job interviews ministries, et al.  A rolling stone gathers no moss, it is said.  And OC has that rolling RV which could help.

Here’s where the nuns with their rulers are needed.  As they leave their popups, the participants could move their cots to a convenient location so the grass could be watered; of course, no littering would be a price of admittance, since homeless are humans in need, not animals.  Like good Boy Scouts, they would be responsible for policing their area, leaving the ‘campgrounds’ cleaner than when arrival occurred.

Another, second alternative structure is one i am familiar with and Judge Carter touted: TuffSheds.  Their standard size of 120 sf could be quantity purchased and erected (they include construction on aluminum platforms) for about $2200-$2500 per structure.

The homeless could be retrained regarding basic sanitary procedures; make them feel a part of the greater community again, what many on the river and the road, call the “normies.”  But, it’s the “normies” which can help them IF THEY desire to be helped.

Good news: the TuffSheds are semi-permanent but portable, in that they can be forklifted to other places when we end or reduce the ObamaVille homeless crises.

They could be set up on the asphalt in small TuffLove Tuffshed groupings; equipped with solar for a night light.  Bedtime would be 10pm so that everyone could start the next day off fresh looking for work, get training, or off to work.

And the TuffSheds could provide reasonable though austere accommodation for mothers and children, or small families and apportioned appropriately.

As a real estate professional, i am aware there are state laws on the books since Jan 2017 calling for local planning departments to fast track approvals for housing alternatives; housing crises and the homeless are real in California and the Church could be the shining beacon on the hill to get other churches and cities to do what they can.

The difficulty with homelessness, is the cloning: word gets out and more flock to get here. Also, our culture no longer ‘shames’  But, when you hold people accountable, you protect their dignity like the ancient “They’ll know we are Christian” song of yesterday, and honor their pride as a precious child of God.  Children learn to thrive on mentored discipline; the homeless can be retrained as well.

I’d recommend grandmothers be in charge, who have heard every excuse in the book; there are various categories of homeless that must be serviced, from the truly needy, the lazy, the “I love the streets”, the employable, the unemployable and the mentally ill.  This would be up to the committee on the campus to draw up guidelines.

A third type of structure are those 10x 20 or 10×40 foot storage containers.  Once emptied, they don’t go back to China but are sold off.  Another alternative to consider.

Good news: we have the architects already on site; they could make this an extraordinary witness and life experience (in their own words) for both the well to do and poor.  

Architects share their vision and experience on the transformation of Christ Cathedral, claiming it has been “ …an extraordinary life experience.”  Is there room for the least and the lost on a small part of the 31 acres?

We could call it the Orange Country Catholic Homeless Relief Services or OCCHRS; we have Catholic Charities, administered by an excellent Orange mayor Tita Smith and other entities.  There are many people who could be mentors and womentors out there to line up with each homeless hobo, transient or lifestyle choice; the mentally ill could be treated locally (UCI is a block away and the megaMedical St Joseph is a mile away in Orange.

Unless someone is held accountable, the easiest route is taken.   Sorry to my leftist friends, but wealth and profit are NOT evil

Is there precedence?  Yes, in the middle ages, magnificent Cathedrals rose in Europe and became the local hub and often provided shelter for the needy.  Holydays were synonymous with Holidays; people celebrated together.

Today, too many of these magnificent edifices are now museums or wedding chapels, but Christ Cathedral has a decision to make:  do we want to preach Christian service?  Or engage in it.

The biggest drawback?  Mr. Not In My BackYard (NIMBY).

It is easier to put a check in the mail to some far off relief service.  And Mr. NIMBY shouts: “homeless people are dirty, messy, leave trash around, poop where they shouldn’t, tinkle on fireplugs more than dogs, complain, smell.”

Sounds like any of my eleven kids after birth.

Mr. NIMBY continues: “but we’d have to look at them whenever we darken our new multimillion$ facelifted cathedral.  They’s be, like, right by us?”

One might ask: “Ever hear of Jesus asking us to feed, clothe and water the needy?  Something like ‘when you do it for the least of My brothers and sisters, you do it for Me?”   Ministry and opportunity can be messy but life affirming, with eternal rewards.  Jesus, our Mentor, got his hands dirty; so should we do the same?

Of course, we still need to help the world.  It is INCUMBENT that we help locally while feeding globally. Put our feet where our mouths are.

If our faith-filled rich donors and intelligenciated Catholics are offended by the unwashed, we could solve both problems.  Erect 12 foot barriers so that the unwashed homeless aren’t forced to look at the showered and adorned washed.  Though of course, we have the kitchens, bathroom facilities and showers nearby to accomplish.

The biggest problem with how to handle the homeless, is we must hold them accountable for being humans.  They need to follow rules and abide by common sense edicts; after all, hobos and non hobos alike have to live up to certain precepts.  Some love chaos; look no further than the Harveywood Fwy snowflakes on 11-9-16 for proof.

Sadly, this is just one first step to turning the homeless into individuals, and considering them more than throwaways and property.

If only we could do the same to turn our children into humans, who are allowed to come into the world and not be hacked up into bit parts, as if they were on Cecile Richards’ Oscar winning red carpet.

60 million dead Americans and 2 billion wideworlders later, we still have a bit to go to relabel human babies as…human.  St Teresa spoke often about this problem.  But if you cater to helplessness at THEIR level, ie believe they are always going to be 2 year olds that poop, tinkle and need 40 more years of free food, you will never fix the problem.  Yes, society’s devolution to making hobohood socially acceptable as a ‘lifestyle’ helps no one.  Time for the Church to step up and leave the climate change fraud to the prostiticians.

My only request is three.

Let’s build the wall, to help Mexico become an adult country again; after 30 million human resource applicants sent northward, the moms and younger children (dads and older sons gone) have been actively recruited by local bangers and the cartels for far too long.  This never seems to be mentioned in the Democrat voter adder projects, who excel in killing off future voters in the womb and want replacements from below the Rio Grande.  Nor Mr Bracamontes and his friends, who said he wished he could have killed a few more F%$% cops.  Great guy to invite to the quinceanera celebration.  Trust me on this: Mexico is NOT exporting its best to their northern trading partner all the time.

BTW, unequal Wealth and profit are NOT evil.  Someone working 80 hours a week to build a business, feed his family deserves unequal wealth, while the gamer working 2 hours a week living in grandma’s basement complains about the Man, corporations and unfair distribution of other people’s money.  Wealth helps families help the Church renovate Cathedrals; it also helps those in need survive.  What Mr. and Mrs. Gates do with their billions is their dilemma; not yours or mine, though i do wish the billionaires, like Zuckerbergs’ for example, didn’t fund evil so blatantly.  Mark and Priscilla’s  $966 million donation to the most evil empire in human history, planned parenthood

Maybe you have, but I have never gotten a job from a poor person but happy to help feed the truly needy after my children are fed, clothed and sheltered.  I agree that we are in this together and need each other.  But, when the plane loses pressure, you put the oxygen mask on yourself before you attach the hanging masks on your children.  Same with life.

The billions wasted on grant guzzling climate change ambassadors’ cocktail gatherings is evil; it is better spent on direct means to increase agricultural progress, water reclamation and other ways of helping 3rd worlders: not baying at the sun, the ultimate source of heat and light for the earth.  We insult God saying He can’t control His own weather.

And, #3, end the use of assault knives penetrating the uterine border walls of mothers for baby organs.  Parts sold separately, of course.  satan has had its run for a long enough time.  We could convert that planned parenthoodlum property on Tustin @ 22fwy to a homeless processing center.

With soooo many offices and ministries on campus, somehow we should be able to squeeze in a little direct help.

Do we have room for the needy in a small portion of the 31 acre gift, provided to a religious entity, not an Orange college, via BK court at the urging of those two converted Catholics now in heaven, Mr and Mrs Schuller?

An acre is 43,560 sq feet; imagine if one measly acre of the beautiful Christ Cathedral is temp home to 400 or ?; that’s 430 sf of the world per needy (not the wanties; they need to get back to work) person.

Depends on how big is your vision for the Church of the OC.  And how big is our heart.

Like the lady said, “The world is full of good people. If you can’t find one, be one”.  But, what does she know?  Calcutta still has at least one poor person.  But Christ Cathedral has the opportunity NOT to do it like LA with tent cities on every street corner; we can limit it to an acre, with proper sanitation facilities nearby, to get the homeless back INTO the civilization, instead of them being a separate country within a country.  Of course, we need to weed out the wanties and nourish the needy; for that you need a seasoned mom or nun with a ruler and stern challenge to the new normies: “I like living on the street!  Every thing is free and I don’t gotta do nuttin’ but be me”.

The Obamaville in the Outfield is temporarily emptied; the motel living will be up soon.  I’m sure the state of insanity would give the OC Diocese some of the 250 million dollars allocated for the unsheltered needy, if asked.

But what do I know?  I only have 11 kids to raise in a 3 bedroom home.

I have 11 kids.  Also, as a  veteran of 35 years being a school safety ‘officer’, principal and co-teacher, plus religious ed and youth director, for two types of education entities, I humbly submit my quick analysis and suggestions.

One of the pictures that is seared in my mind, from the St Valentine’s Ash Wednesday Massacre, a la sitting duck student shootout,  is a distraught Catholic mother consoling a child.  It turns out, this perfect image, may be that of Mayor Christine Hunschofsky; if not the excellent mayor, it conceptualizes the grief.  This mom had gone to early Mass that fateful Wednesday and rose to the occasion of displayed evil in the afternoon.  Her child is gone.

I have no time for the wide-eyed, deranged Cruz pic, because it is obvious he was screaming to be caught, a mentally defective sick soul.  But, school safety is not BSO’s, Cruz’ or the state’s responsibility: ultimately,  it is OURS as parents.  Parents, DEMAND your school district ignore the Corrupt News Network’s political fixation on Gun Control, and take over SCHOOL CONTROL yourselves: it is your kids on campus and your tax $$ supporting not so free public schools.

Catholics, of which I am a card-carrying member, believe we are fragile and temporarily on earth, for at most 110 years; ‘from and to dust’ is our destiny after a well-lived life.

This mom’s ashen forehead cross bore the reminder we begin from basic organics and turn to dust when we leave earth; in between, how long we live is a combination of genetics and safe passages, triumphs and tragedies, in life.  Her important Lent “cross”, the cross she carries now,  began that day in earnest; Easter, which is on April Fool’s day this year will see no Resurrection, just Hope, for the slain 17.  We owe it to their memory to harden and safety-ize our schools.

Some of THE most vulnerable and in need of protection are our young.  Unarguably, we fail 1/3 of our children right out the birth door, by allowing them to be killed before they become students.  This is a basic scientific and societal truth: we can’t get school safety right for the smallest, allowing them to be sacrificed at planned parenthood kill mills. Let’s walk past this anomaly for a moment and look at the rest of the K-12ers’ safety.

It took Mr. Edison 117 “failures” to perfect the incandescent light filament. The Cruz calamity was the perfect nexus for the textbook school stranger danger event, with it’s 117 fails.

THE FAILURES

Cruz was known to be a budding school shooter on social media and to many see-saw-say citizens.  39 45  66 (number keeps rising) Broward County Law (BCL) encounters, at home and school. 2 solid FBI ‘see something said something’ tips never got to Miami or Florida in the increasingly centralized Fed bureau.

Neighbors, even students’ first instinct was “Cruz” when the shots started to ring out.  Everyone knew. Peterson and 3 other BCL cops proved the 2nd amendment needs to stand, as Coward Cnty’s finest kneeled outside while Cruz killed kids, coaches and teachers.

The fateful BCL four still froze, even when Coral Springs Law (CSL) rushed in to stop the elusive killer and help the injured.  Parameds were blocked by BCL from doing triage, so more kids bled out. Yes, an epic fail.  Elected Democrat Sheriff “Egotist” Israel is no Andy Griffith or John Wayne: he prefers his mug on TV, CNN townhall ambushes and in the papes over adequate training his cops, protecting and serving Floridians.  Soon, he will be gone.  And what does OJ have to do with his incompetent response, anyways?

There was NO real time video monitoring of criminals, classes or halls BECAUSE of the Runcie/Israel deflate the football, game the system, idiocy.  27 minute tape DELAY means Cruz was munching his McMac and Coke for 21 minutes before his massacre first showed on the screens in the office, or wherever the heck they were “monitored”.  It might as well have been a Blockbuster Netfliks store.   One presumes this was done to “hide” the evidence that some kids are criminals, even in “safe” Broward County.

Meanwhile, ex ‘Chicago’ Dem Superintendent Runcie gamed the safety zones of kids by the fake stats game.  He turned Stoneman Douglas into a sanctuary school, bringing the Obama (this failed president just keeps on giving and giving) instituted ‘cook the minorities stats’ Promise program with him.

So turn the vulnerable, maturing learning sheep into sitting ducks.

Fed dollars for NOT being adult: confronting and arresting student criminals, allowing escalation into major crimes; if he was so successful in Chicago, why do more blacks kill black teens and 700 murders in an average year?  Crime pays ONLY when good people do not confront evil at every turn.

He colluded with “Ego” Israel to NOT arrest kids inside building 12 and others; unlike his namesake Jerusalem capitaled country where with armed defenders, there have been NO school killings for decades.  Ego is in love with his Rambo image instead of job1: protect and serve the parent’s offspring AND the people of Broward County. 5800 employees under this elected Democrat who prefers the limelight to sunlight on his deputies’ policies.

It’s racist for Runcie to trade effective parenting and protecting students to improve the black kids’ graduation rates for dollars.

But, by ignoring crime, you energize the criminals and embolden bullying, drug sales and other petty crimes while putting hardworking students in further danger. In schools AND society.

Biggest losers are the students who got a pass numerous times, instead of laser focused discipline.  Yes, I know fatherlessness is a chronic problem; so solve the problem with male mentors and other ideas, instead of letting the 3 year old spoiled tots throw tantrums.  Dem policies sadly are pervasive.  And get kids killed.

Petty crime became death penalty felonious when Cruz dispensed bullets, not nickle bags or pot.  Kids died.  And students of ALL colors need to be held accountable; this is how SOCIALIZATION occurs.  Choosing right over wrong is a character quality this dad expects the schools to encourage not violate.  SuperRuncie may improve the 20 point spread between black and white grad rates by NOT suspending, expelling or arresting the budding prison lackeys, but it cost 17 lives.   Is 17 dead having higher stats for more ADA and Promised Promise grant dollars?  Look in the mirror and ask yourself.

Runcie’s solution even let Cruz off with a NUBR or unmonitored “no unconcealed backpack rule”, which I think was violated with his AR-15 carry-on luggage.  IF Cruz had been arrested, he would have made the no guns list, any of the 66 times law enforcement and the school made contact since age 9.  Epic fail.

And, God only knows why it wasn’t 50 or more dead kids, what with Broward County’s finest imitating freeze tag on the school’s periphery.    As it is, Cruz passed Al Capone’s Val Day Mass 7 kill record before Dpty Peterson soiled his pants and defrosted from his frozen state behind a car or wall.

Like at the southern border, there was no wall around the campus, unlimited access to students and killers alike.  But, fear not, we can learn from our failures and stop the next school sitting duck shooter if we act fast.   What do we do?

SUCCESSFUL SCHOOL SAFETY PLANS

Safety begins with uncommon common sense. By the way, in California, we HAVE the money, to protect our kids AND teachers.  Every student is worth $16,029 a year UNLESS dead or aborted.  Gruesome viewpoint?  No, just realist.  No aborted kid fetches $16K from the $78billion education lockbox.  A 40 kids class fetches, believe it or not, $641,160 PER YEAR.  We all know the teacher doesn’t get half, maybe 5%.  QED: there’s plenty of money in Calif. public ed (and other states) to keep the kids alive long enough to graduate.  Look at the ABCs of layered school safety.

A is for Arm the Teachers

On May 18, 2018, Santa Fe High saw 9 kids and 1 Teacher killed; when Lt Gov Dan asked the students their solution, they said in unison: ARM the TEACHERS.

One classroom over from where the Holy Faith (Santa Fe) Hi terrorist was killing sitting and running duck students, the teacher was a Marine.  Unarmed.

Arm a few anonymous teachers and administrators in each school and take down the GunFree Criminal RSVP signs.  Only the principal’s admin staff and teachers know who is.  Certainly NOT the Cruz Killers of the world.

All day, we walk next to armed guards at malls, banks, concerts, Harveywood premieres and celeb backpatting events, at airports, and for the faith-filled, at churches.

Ever been inside a bank?  We defend flat Lincolns, Jeffersons and Franklins with guns and guards, but our

Benjamins in the bank are more protected than the organic Benjamins in the schools

students?

Multiple entrances and open season on students on campus.  No threat assessment while it’s becoming more popular to shoot at living kids outside the womb instead of on video game screens.

Are our Bens and Bettys worth more alive, than well protected Benjamins?

Why not protect our kids, entrusted to strangers for 6 hours a day 180 times a year?

The idiotic DC guvocrats don’t get it: training is available for CCWing school personnel and its the first AND last but best layer of school safety .  Though infrequent, the average duration of senseless school massacres and shootings is 3 minutes.

Response time even for the best (outside Broward County) police/sheriffs: 6 minutes.  The terrorist can be at McD munching on a Big Mac before the boys and girls in blue arrive.

Look at the hierarchy of responsibility: human nature is instinctive: we protect ourselves, family, friends then neighbors then strangers: in that order.

For example,  Homeschoolers are first level protection; Brick and Mortar schools have teachers generally NOT related to the students; but teachers LOVE their students, still and want them safe.  As happened at MSDouglas and Santa Fe high, teachers AND students died from the same types of perps.

If coach Aaron Feis had been armed, maybe 10 or more would have lived in Florida.

A big guy, unlike the BCL Barney Fife deputies, he ran TO & INTO the fray without a defensive weapon.  He knew instantly it was gunfire NOT firecrackers.  Willis May, head coach, reported: “I heard Aaron say, ‘No, that is not firecrackers.’ That’s the last I heard from him.”  So, because Super Runcie and school principal Ty Thompson did not want armed teachers, more died.

We have a widow and young half orphan daughter because of Cruz and incompetent school officials.  Same with the Santa Fe Marine teacher next door to the Art room being shot up: he was armed on the battlefield but not where most needed: high school.

An armed teacher is the closest and best defense for a classroom full of kids.  All you need is a few, since the Dems, who prefer unarmed kids knifed to death by their campaign contributors at AbortInc, will block 100% arming school personnel.

Here’s a maxim: you want the protection as close to the target as possible. EVERY kid in a B&M public school is a target today.  You won’t arm every student, but arming the teacher is the first line of offense and last line of defense.  Like an officer in the field, he may never pull his sidearm during his career.  Most never do except for gun range practice.  Not every teacher has the courage or stamina, trainability to be armed.  But you only need one in a school, unknown to outside perps and inside students, to make a difference.  Frankly, I’d prefer a teacher I do know to a security guard I don’t, being armed to protect my kids.

B is for build.

Build the perimeter.  If i called it a wall, you’d think southern border, the Trump wall and throw a tantrum (if you are a Regressive Leftist); we don’t need walls and security except around our bank vault Benjamins.  Tell that to the dead 17 at MSDouglas or 10 at Sante Fe, Texas.

Definitely, a southern border will keep criminal aliens like evil carteliers, MS-13 gangbangers and billions in drugs out, but then the Democrat voting base would be impacted.

ALL schools need to limit those who come on campus

ALL the time they are open.  B&Mortar schools are an extension of homeschools after age 5: homes have walls and locked doors to keep evil out.  So should EVERY B&M school property.  Would the Santa Fe killer have been able to place bombs around the school if it had been hardened?  Unlikely.  Where’s the camera footage BEFORE school?

Walls and fences protect and channel students and visitors alike to various points of entry.  Students MUST have biometric IDs; the technology is here. Limited them to one or a few, WITH metal detectors and bag/backpack inspections.  With 3D printing into resins and plastic, plastic shivs and guns can get through so 100% inspection is important.  “Beckman, it takes time and are schools are not prisons!”   Ok, NEA and AFT, various school boards, these aren’t YOUR kids just loaned students which you fail at protecting.  We parents don’t give a damn that you worry about the superficial over the substantive.  We want our kids carrying the lunch bags TO school and not coming home in a body bag.  Ever hear of Nik Cruz?

C is for Cops & Guards

Cops and Guards are everywhere in society and necessary for schools.  A 3300 student body was massacred in Florida because their “school resource cops” were worse than ineffective; they gave a false sense of safety.  False Security guards like Peterson and the BCL deputies is unacceptable.   I recommend a reasonable number of same, after a solid threat assessment, based on school size, both in property and numbers, and the area it is situated.  Stoneman Douglas High (MSDHi) had “don’t see, don’t ask, don’t tell on criminals” policy and incompetent security.  27 MINUTE DELAY IN THE VIDEO TO PROTECT THE REGRESSIVE LEFTIST IDIOTIC SUPERINTENDENT RUNCIE.

D is for Doors.  Bullet proofed & auto lockable from a central location.

Doors provide access to both good and evil (yes, evil is real.  Think Capone’s lookalike on Ash Wed/Val Day.  We have doors on homes and businesses to protect those we love.  Do we love students any less?  Most kids come from parents and are on loan to chosen outside educational entities.  The safest school in America is Southwestern High in Indiana.  They have autolocking doors, panic fobs on their teachers, smoke grenades linked, like REAL TIME video feed, to the sheriff who can see and deploy them.  Also, the office, unlike Duncie Runcie Hi, sees what’s happening IMMEDIATELY. Not 27 MINUTES later after the kids are dead and the perp at McDonalds before Coral Springs chased him down.

E is for End Insane Educratic social experimentation on our precious children.  Sanctuary schooling got kids killed.  Just like criminal alien sanctuaries do in Taxifornia

Ending our schools as leftists’ guinea pig labs is a must; due to the Massacre, we now know it is nationwide.

Cruz’s  MSDHi, under Duncie Runcie wanted to suppress minority crime stats, so petty student crimes were ignored.  Lowering the percentage of minorities in prison starts at the B&M (brick and mortar) schools apparently.  But, ignored crime in ANY sanctuary locale, leads to more of it and escalation into felonies including murder.

It conditioned cops as well.  BCLaw officers’ softened approach to law enforcement is textbook proof if you see a crime, you arrest.  It’s NOT the cops nor the educrats responsibility to ruin students’ lives by letting them get away with …murder and other crimes.  That is the court system.  Faking the stats, folks, got kids killed.

No one but Dem social engineers care about racist stats.  It is evil to coddle minority OR majority crime.  Define deviancy down serves no good purpose…except getting dollars to schools for higher average daily attendance payback of taxpayer dollars for education.

F is for fix NICS

Fire BCO’s Israel is a good start in Florida; the Broward County Sheriff’s office has 5800 employees and is one of the largest sheriff’s org in the country!  Any school safety program requires competent, focused and qualified law enforcement at the top AND the bottom.  The writing is on the wall.  For any school safety program to work, it requires effective procedures and communications between school officials and law enforcement, first responders and parents.

Meanwhile fix NICS: “The National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) is a United States system for determining if prospective firearms or explosives buyers’ name and birth year match those of a person who is not eligible to buy.”

G is for Gauge Safety.  First, then plan, act and execute.

Gauge Safety.  Plan Accordingly.  You must start with a personalized threat assessment before you build your first wall section.  The FBI is made up of good rank and filers; the missed Cruz tips happened at the call center and never hit Florida; and the most criminal and corrupt abuse of power at FBI DOJ top has become a resources destroyer.  But the ranks of the Federal Bureau of Investigation are ready to help keep our kids alive.

They could visit and help map out a real safety program.  I did it with my wife Donna; we practiced two teachers per class for our religious ed program which occurred AT NIGHT in a tough inner city location involving 1st-12th graders; we had protection in place, protocols for safety; my son Josh even wrote a Stranger Danger plan when it was important during the early Adam Walsh days.  We dealt with non-custodial issues, probation kids and more.  No night school shootings occurred.

H is for Hold adults accountable in the classroom: the “Two Deep Adults in EVERY classroom safety plan”

  If counseling a student, the door is wide open so people walking by can see what is happening.  The age of darkness is over: teachers AND students equally need safety.

The second adult?  A parent, rotated, no cost to the bloated school district budgets.

B&M public schools get a lot more money from us taxpayers than homeschools and other private school choices.  There is no such thing as a free school lunch OR free school; someone pays.   Every 500 student K-12 school in California will get over 8 MILLION dollars 2018-2019; 1000 student: $16 million.  The $$ are there.  Take charge, parents, away from the educrats with their agendas.

Class of 40?  Every family “pays” back by volunteering for one day every 40 school days.  Or one day every 20, dependent on size   Why, to save kids and dollars.

Mr. Berndt was a sex ed & baker who laced his cookies with personal sperm icing and fed them to his blindfolded students;  for his efforts, he got $40,000 bonus from LAUSD and teachers’ union, while we taxpayers paid out $140 million to the victims and their families. He finally went to prison, but at what cost?

The “Two Adults” program would have prevented this.  Also, a parent in the room would dose the flames of student-teacher sexual interaction; google “female teachers have sex” and you see the top 50 actresses, both hetero and homosexual, who go after students.  Do the same for male.

We can’t trust our teachers will speak and do appropriately without verification.  We taxpayers and our children deserve the best.  On the distaff side, hypersexualized students have crushes on their teachers as well.  A mom in the room OR dad, would help keep a room safe.  For both students and teachers.

“Beckman, what happens when a parent doesn’t show up?”  The school office calls the parents on speed dial and tells them their kids’ class is canceled. Or group texts the families.

Guess what?  Would only happen once, like it did in scouting.  Parents need to be trained, too. It’s the least parents can do, since taxpayers are paying for their kid(s) education.

I is for Indoctrination: no more.

Indoctrination is now endemic and pandemic in B&M public schools. Keeping it this way is why CTA or NEA will fight my two adults deep proposals.

You can’t fire teachers for what they do very easily.  And what they say?  We are blessed with millions of good teachers, but for the safety of our kids’ minds, hearts and souls, we must evaluate the “education” process in real time.  Rotating parents is like arming a few teachers: teachers don’t want to be turned in for malfeasance.  Education is imparting knowledge not agenda.  The Left is getting kids killed; now they want age 18-21 girls unarmed to make rape easier.  Meanwhile, our kids are forced to listen to their bankrupt diatribes.

We took out the Ten Eternal Suggestions, one of which is “Thou shalt not kill!”  Hate the religiousness of thees and thous, then call it “Don’t kill another”.  Oh, and that heavenly entity, God has been banned as well.  Causation or Correlation?  The Left will never agree.

Time to end killing on the B&M Campuses.  Schools have different levels of safety “ratings”; some 100% secure, others maybe 1%.  This needs to change immediately, to harden the softest targets in society where hundreds of students gather: public schools.

Not every parent can homeschool their kids, where the school shooting tally is still zero.

You just need parents and adults to reason and think: “I secure my home.  Why don’t I demand we secure my kid’s school property as well?”  Better stated, why not team up with other parents to survey your school, with students/teens doing the walkarounds and hearing their comments.  Act and plan accordingly.  Parents, it is UP TO YOU!

M is for More Communication and Mental Illness evaluations

More communication with your kids about guns, school life, making the alone feeling a part of school life is sooo critical.  The downside of cell based social comm is it isolates people, and “removes” the need and inclination to socially interact.  As parents, friends, et al.  My three youngest are becoming black belt Karate kids.  How about yours?

Valentine Cruz was in trouble starting at age 9; maybe, IF he had a set of friends who challenged him, and included him, I wouldn’t be writing this.  MetLife is running ads about lunch programs where NO student, even in 3300 student megaschools like Stoneman Douglas Hi, eats alone. If you analyze this, lunch time is the longest time during a B&M school day where open exchange with friends can occur.

Socialization and good values are imputed through adults much more than teens, but school should be a time of education and building lifelong friendships.  Apparently, it wasn’t for Cruz.  Very apPARENTly.  His mom died, his ‘adoptive’ family had no clue.  Even with 45 66 cop contacts & 2 FBI tips.

N is for the No Mores.

We MUST observe what is happening around us.  It’s called situational awareness and we parents MUST teach our children to NOT trust someone because they are in our safety zone.  Do you want your kids to be sheep or sitting ducks?

P is for Parents

Parents: you loan your kids to others whenever you allow them to visit friends, do sleepovers, work in the marketplace and head to school.

Start acting as if the educational industry does NOT belong to superintendents, Sacramento, DC, local school boards.  Your offspring are on B&M campuses 6,8,10 hours a day.

In California, we taxpayers pay your child $16,029 per year to be educated; NOT to NEA, CTA but to you, the parent. 

Demand some of that massive amount ($641,160) of annual classroom dollars being invested in keeping your kid alive as well as educated.  Indoctrination and dead are not school choices that I find acceptable.

Speaking of educational choice, EXERCISE it!  The options have exploded, with public, private, Khan Academy type, home educational hybrids.  This is not the Kansas plains with the Little Red Schoolhouse anymore.  Unless, of course, you choose to home educate, where the student:teacher ratio is excellent and chance you will be alive at school day’s end the best in the ed industry.  ALL families home educate for the first 5 years, until kindergarten looms: evaluate ALL options.

Q is for Question every safety step. 

Hold your educational professionals’ feet to the fire.  But, honestly, YOU are the first ed professional in your kids’ lives: profession means what it implies: YOU as a parent are the primary educator of children in what we Catholics call the “domestic church”.  God created the family as the means to create the next generation; in too many ways, our society has torn the family safety zones down and invaded the safe space families life accords maturing young people.

R is for Require

Require an honest and thorough threat assessment of every school property and every off site field trip.  The insanity of the Corrupt News Network (CNN) kidnapping thousands of teens’ minds and then engineering their transport to No Mo’ Gun rallies, without adequate safety, just shows how much the Regressive Left values your kids.  They love them…as political pawn.

If your kid spends time out of your sight with other adults in charge, you have a right to demand the best. In the malls, at the bank, at the airport, in schools.  From school districts and superintendents of PUBLIC education.

Trust this: there is money IN the current ed budgets.  Yes, they may have to x out some administrators or maybe not build so many mansion compounds to educate your kids, discontinue some of the left’s perceived educational MUST haves, but the money is there.   Education is evolving and the monopoly on public ed still lives in the 1920s and before.

California, where I have lived for decades since birth, is investing $78 billion tax dollars 2018-19 fiscal. That’s $641,160 per 40 kid room.  As it is, there should be a couple hundred bucks available to keep the students alive long enough for the Cal Public Ed Inc. industry to collect every ADA dollar they lust for. $16,029 per kid per year, of course, is not enough if you spend every penny wastefully.  But that is the PARENTS responsibility.  There is NO such thing as a free lunch, school or otherwise.  Nor, is there a free education.  Spending a few days a year by each parent in the “Two Adults Deep Classroom” law is a small enough price to see your grandkids.  Grandkids ONLY come along if your student child graduates ALIVE.

If Santa Fe high, with 1300 students, was in Taxifornia, it would be getting $20,837.700 or almost $21 MILLION this year for every campus with 1300 students.  One less administrator (bureaucracies grow and grow) and junket will be missed: the money is there, the will will come ONLY if the PARENTS get involved.   Before the next Santa Fe hi happens in the Golden State or ??  Gun control is not needed; we have had background checks since the NRA proposed them.  We need SCHOOL Control by the parents, the real stateholders.  NOT CNN or the NEA, who are all about politicizing and using the students.

T is for Truth (it is out there) AND Threat Assessment (mentioned b4).

Parents: studies show that school shootings and deaths are actually declining; it’s just since schools make the softest targets for the demented, the showboaters, the mentally ill, the “Go out with a bangers”, still more students die from drownings and bike accidents.

CNN didn’t create a townhall for school drownings, to ban pools from schools, despite the fact 625 kids under 15 died from water inhalation in 2013.  It’s about keeping kids safe away from home; not taking guns out of young adult women 18-21 so they have a target on their back for the next rapist or mugger on college campuses or on the way to work. The first words from the Santa Fe Hi survivors was: ARM the TEACHERS.  The trainable ones;  like the Marine next door to Dimitry as he shot the Art students, being unarmed.

Guns and the NRA have become the lightning rod for Sheriff Barney Fife/ F Troop level deputy incompetence, Runcie’s social engineering (he’s from Chicago where he and the Promise Program cooked the books as well) and general governmental breakdown in a public school.

Runcie, it happened under your watch!  Turning Stoneman Douglas into a sanctuary school did a disservice to students who need disciple, students who needed safety from the bullies and, oh yeah, 17 dead teens, coaches and teachers.  No one can bring them back (Jesus did it with Lazarus, but He art in heaven) but we can finally learn the truth and real lesson.  Meanwhile that New Mexico politician who’s 15 second ad “Fxxk the NRA” proves his calvarium is brainless; what a total idiot.  A calvarium by the way is the clinical name for a child’s head that was sold to YaleMed for $715 a couple years ago.  Exposed by the Infant Lives hearings on baby parts sold separately.

As it is, FIVE guns were misused at MSDouglas Hi: the Cruz AR-15 and 4 Broward County deputies’ service weapons stuck in the “unused” position, whether brandished or used to stop a St Valentine’s Day / Ash Wednesday Massacre that passed Al Capone for notches within two minutes.  27 minute time delay on the video meant it was a B-movie, not a law enforcement tool.

A true Threat Assessment would have helped; it will involve the FBI (rank and file are NOT the problem, it’s the 7th floor in DC and centralized tips that didn’t make it to the Everglades state); local police, parents, contractors, security companies and more.  But, turning tail and running cannot be assessed until acting under fire.

U is for Unintended Consequences

Look for them and remedy.  Every ideologic action yields both intended AND unintended consequences, both of which can be good or evil.

“At least one of the students will not return to Stoneman Douglas (today); she will complete her studies on-line.”  Sound a lot like homeschooling, possibly with charter school video tooling.  Many parents may exercise their parental choice rights by going to another school or homeschooling their children. 

In fact, in light of the next school massacre 93 days later in Texas, come September 2018, maybe hundreds maybe thousands more will go the homeschooling route.  Michelle Malkin agrees:  Homeschooling is a Choice, not a Crime.  It is a way of life whose time has come.

Verify, frequently, progress in improving and maintaining safety.

Organize other parents to be the second adult in every classroom if your B&M public school refuses to administer.  You will find out public schools, led by the NEA, hate oversight.  They love no interference by adults who happen to be parents.  But if adults were monitoring Stoneman, they would have noticed that petty crime and student criminals were allowed to continue their evil ways with no corrective action.  Hand slaps aren’t even legal in some states for discipline, yet that is what the Promise Program has become: money causes lots of actions when tossed at the problem as a solution.

The picture of that Florida Catholic mom, losing her child on Ash Wednesday, will always remain with me.  I took my whole school to Mass that day, and received the same burned palms ash on my and the kids’ forehead as the pictured mom, whether or not it was the excellent mayor Christine.

I only have 11 and none of them died that day, by the grace of God.  But 17 did not make it home on Ash Wednesday, coincident with the celebration of hearts and love, on Feb 14, 2018.  Nor did 10 survive first period at Houston’s Holy Faith High on May 18.

Acknowledge evil DOES exist in our world and you need good, smart common sense parents to deal with it and prevent it from destroying the next gen.

As it is, the $100K salary for a school resource officer would have been better spent buying body bags, as it now looks like Stoneman Douglas was a Keystone Kops movie set. 20 minute “tape delay” is NOT real time security camera visuals, folks.  Unreformed HIPPA laws. Indoctrinated community; all contribute to bizarro having owned Val Day.

More information keeps coming out: possibility the sheriff’s department had an agreement with the school to NOT arrest kids for petty theft to keep the ADA money maximized?  Well, it DID!  Damn leftists: we could have something here that rivals the ObamaClinton spy dossier scandal: letting kids escalate crime so the numbers and $$ keep rolling in.  NO REPORT written on Nik’s previous escapades, including tips, not just to the FBI, but to BSOffice, too.  Kids died because of this BS.

This morning, for 15 seconds, as a Diamond Club listener, I mentioned to the excellent Brian and Jen on AM870 The Morning Answer, we have the prototype of school safety in Indiana; for $400,000, they value keeping kids as learning sheep.  Not sitting ducks.

What Brian seems to miss, is you must have layered security protocols to slow down evil doing what evil does best: mayhem, murder and mess.

If one layer fails, others must succeed.  Kids are that valuable.

Our lovable liberal considers the Broward County area was a “safe zone” but that too, is a false sense of security that no longer exists in America.  Even Brentwood was unsafe for two people when a crazed black man killed them.  Then, slow drove his Bronco on national TV.

I live near Disneyland and recently had three cars broken into for cash because we have a “not so transient” transients issue, anchored by the ObamaVille in the Outfield housing project now being remedied along the riverbed.  The Kings & Queens of the Road no longer hit the boxcar rails, but set up shop anywhere they can and for as long as possible.  Back to GunFreeZone signs.

As societal glue dissolves, and chaos is fostered, safety will just be a word in the Dictionary unless adults take action.  Now.

We have the money; it’s just in the wrong line item. California schools get $641,160 PER classroom per year and could actually do school safety from petty funds, if you repurpose an administrator and stop building mansion schools.  And tell the NEA to pound sand.  A teacher or two trained and carrying works, despite Los Alamitos history teacher who says “he was trained to teach not sharp shoot”.  History will repeat itself with that attitude, especially since a teacher staring down a handgun in the hands of a pissed off former student might prefer having an equalizer in his hand, instead of book and dry erase marker.

There was ZERO security at Stoneman Douglas: 2 missed FBI tips, false $100K/yr security guard (false security is worse than none at all), 20 minute delay on real time video, no limited bad guy access.  It was a turkey shoot.  And Nik should have died after the first shot, since the “cop” saw him enter with his bag of mayhem.

The high school named for the everglades and alligator rescuer, Marjory Stoneman Douglas, experienced the unthinkable. They had a Valentine’s Day massacre style killer who took out 2.5 times as many humans as Al Capone, the Florida mobster at the time, who was given credit for taking out 7 of Bugs Malone’s gangstas.  In the Tommy automatic era…not the semi-auto time we live in.

Bugs’ seven were lined up on the wall, sitting ducks for mobster target practice, just like the enrolled (suspended NOT expelled) Nik Cruz went after the 3300 vulnerable sheep, turning them into human sitting and crambling defenseless Donald and Daisy ducks.   Bugs’ garage was NOT a Gun Free Zone.

The father who lost his daughter forever on earth, spoke in the White House: “I’m pissed.  I will never see my daughter again.  It’s not all about guns but making schools safe.”  We fear guns more than evil.  Safety is issue#1.  Conflating controlling guns with students’ safety is foolish; the best way to stop a bad man with a gun is a good man (or teacher) or woman with a gun.  Perfect gun control is HOW to hold the weapon with both hands if necessary.

THE SAFEST HIGH SCHOOL IN AMERICA, Southwestern High in Indiana, HAS ALREADY BEEN IN TOUCH WITH FLORIDA.  Adults may be waking up.

As a principal and teacher for 35 years, and a once a week safety dad for a co-op of home-based educational schools, I have seen a bunch.  Believe it or not, AR does not stand for Assault Rifles.  Guns don’t kill people, bullets do.  Just like knives sheathes don’t, but sharpened blades do.  No humans needed?

When tragedy hits, as it did in Florida, it is important to let the families talk and express their fears, anger, hopes, whys?, AND the kids too.  Last week, two days after Evil Nik did his worst, we buried a 22 year old St Nick, who was a passenger in a tragic, no booze, no drugs, freak car accident.

The car was not charged, nor was the driver.  But the driver will live with the fact he was behind the wheel.  So, steel objects aren’t always the cause just part of the process.

St. Nick had just left Mass, after serving on the altar and receiving Jesus in the Eucharist and was a sleeping passenger when God took him home.  When Patty talked to me two days after the accident, her last question was “Where is Nick today?”  Toughest question ever, as well as the easiest answer: heaven.  He was prepared and ready.

Evil Nik is not prepared for heaven yet, but time will tell, well above my pay grade, where his ultimate desty is.

Evil Nik survived, after passing through 7 layers of failsafe methods of unapplied prevention.  He HAS been charged and may die, not by a bullet, but by lethal injection.

Patiently listening to St Nick’s eight adopted siblings, and parents Fred&Patty meant using two ears and not engaging my singular mouth.  Platitudes do nothing, but compassion demands relationships.

Deputy sheriff Peterson resigned, by the way. He cowardly would NOT enter the school building, when he heard the first shot, while the shooter was active; this would have reduced deaths by at least one if not a dozen. Add to that:

And Nik would HAVE been stopped, if MSDouglas High was serious about school safety, should he try and re-enter the safest high school in America, Southwestern High in Shelby Indiana.  Note he was NOT expelled.

You see, Southwestern Hi has a $400,000 security system; they take student lives serious.  Just a sample and template; each school needs its own threat assessment and systemic solution.

A few:  Bullet proof security doors. Each teech with a panic fob linked to the office.  Cameras monitoring EVERY classroom and hall, that the sheriff 10 miles away can see in real time.  In fact, there are smoke disorientation grenades in the ceiling in the halls that a deputy can trigger remotely that hit the floor and confuse scum disguised as humans.

The kids are trained and drilled at Southwestern, how to use their desks and other objects to reduce their profile.  There is perimeter fencing and so much more.

MSDouglas is a sprawling 3300 student campus with 7+ major buildings, including three story classrooms.  And little security.  Talk about institutionalized targets!  ALL their security was false and illusory.

Governor Brown just announced today, as all spendaholics do, the budget surplus yet unrealized is burning a massive hole in his environmental climate change extremist car hating pockets and MUST be spent on remodeling Sacramento and adding more museums and edifices to prostiticians’ blessed Sacramento achievements.

If you are gonna waste it on SacraDEMento, at least return our tax surplus so we can invest in protecting our kids.  You won’t.

Do the numbers: Since teachers get a piddling amount of that and must still buy pencils and school supplies, why not invest in assessing school safety and “hardening” the properties, as if the kids are more important than excessive administrators and union leaders in the California Ed, Inc.’s higher echelons?  Living high on the hog in our capital.

We’ve taken God out of the schools since 1962, added the Dept of Education as Jimmy the Peanut Farmer left office (yes, Brian, Habitat for Humanity is awesome) and today, instead of being #2 in the world in 1980, we now are #17.

What happened? to borrow the NeverGoingAway Clinton book name.  Why the massive slide while we dump more $$$ on the issues.

As to concealed carry teachers, just train 20% or so, and take down the “This is a God and Gun Free Zone” signs; replace with:

You don’t need 100% of the teachers armed to add an extra layer of protection after threat assessment, perimeter walls (walls on borders of countries and school properties save lives), single points of entry and other threat reductions to keep the kids entrusted to the institutional admins alive. Not in 17 unnecessary pine boxes.  Even 20% with no one but the principal or other teachers aware who is packing.

$641,160 next fiscal year per classroom, lame sitting duck Brown.  Hack off a few top-heavy administrators, dump the $100 billion choo choo, end crony Dem payoff projects like Feinstein’s rail line for her hubby’s billion$contract; and replace with youthful plainclothes cops plus harden the brick and mortar to keep evil out.

No cost too; fair trade for free public education that will save millions.  The least a public school parent can do; there is no such thing as a free education, just free lunches in school cafe’s.

When two adults are NOT in the classroom, classes are canceled and parents called to pick up their offspring.  Trust me: this would only happen one time.  Only once will 40 parents have to show up at 9am to kick up their offspring loaned to the neighborhood, or bussed across city, school.

We don’t need another Al Capone do-alike in our schools but moaning about guns is fine, just heat not light.  Please use some of my $1.27 million in unused average daily attendance dollars for 127 school years of NOT using California public ed, at the crisis point: the school campuses.

Time is critical both to do school safety right and right NOW.  After all, mass school killings take less time to kill 17 kids than a planned parenthoodlum does in half a day.

#1 Terri Schindler Sciavo is a famous example.  There was undeniable proof she was alive by her parents, actual unedited video.  Her parents, who of all things wanted to keep their daughter alive, offered her ex-husband the million$settlement not to kill her.

The mere fact Michael Schiavo had any say over killing the Schindlers’ beloved daughter is a travesty of the first order.

Doctors, politicians,the Pope JP the Great, Fr. Pavone, Troy Newman, Jeb & George Bush, the world, had her on an an emBEDded tug o war stage, with people who value life working tirelessly to save hers.

While, the Florida Scientologists and necromancers pulled out all stops to kill her.  Not with a merciful gunshot to the head, but slowly and painfully starving and dehydrating her to death.  In fact, she lived a miraculous 13 days with just three tiny pieces of former bread as the only allowed organic nutrition.

In this article link below, there is a 40 second video, no edits, no cheating, in which Terri is asked to open her eyes, which she did, demonstrating motor control and sentient abilities far beyond the necromancer’s abilities.  In another, her mom gently touches her and says “It’s mommy” and Terri turns her head and smiles, following the voice of someone who preferred her alive, unlike her bizarre husband.  Her autopsy did not prove she was deaf; only that she was dead.  And the lies persist even over a decade later.

I remember it like it was yesterday.  The Terri Show was surreal in 2004-5, like “The Truman Show” in which Jim Carrey is watched by the world as he moves and grows up through time.

Both Jim Carrey and Terri Schiavo Schindler are sentient humans; the difference is Jim lives and Terri was murdered.  I wonder  sometimes if Terri was even more sentient than the Masked man of comedy.  Even her given surname brings up memories of another Schindler who risked life, limb and fortune to rescue targeted Jews by Hitler in WWII.

I know the Schindler family a bit, having had the privilege of spending a mere half hour talking to mom and dad a few years after the crime of evil perped against Terri.  I even created four memes before memes were popular in 2005 (above), to share how marvelous in death God’s omniscience and omnipotent is.

I watched, like the Truman show worldwide audience, the whole captivating melodrama, trying to understand why a poor, defenseless, fully human Catholic sister and woman was being slowing tortured, worse than any waterboarding at Gitmo or any demonic ritual at your local planned parenthood church of satanism.

I even tried to NOT eat for three days in solidarity with Terri; I couldn’t get past 2 1/2.  Still have the Filet o Fish box of my break fast fast break from the Friday in Lent.

The untold story is supernatural: Terri lived longer, miraculously, because she was given the Bread of Life three times.  NO OTHER explanation comes close.  And God would have nothing to do with Tom Cruise’s org and the death merchants celebrating:

Recently, I answered one of the toughest questions ever asked by a great but distraught mom: “Where do you think Nick is?”

Sunday afternoon, Jan 28, 2018, Nick was riding in the family’s car, apparently asleep,

Patty & Fred with their son, Nick

and the car launched 60 feet off the freeway and came to rest upside down on its roof.

Later in the week, I called Nick’s mom, Patty to get more of the details.  Our family of 11 has long known this family of 9.  Mom and dad generously adopted all of their amazing kids with the youngest now a teen.  I saw Dad in the hospital, from which he is now out, but faces serious re-hab for quite a while; the trauma in the family will need recuperative help a lot longer, including the driver who was one of the kids.

Nick did not survive the freeway launch.

To know Nick was to love him!  Nick was autistic, yet despite his disability, he always had a smile on his face and was always willing to help anyone in need.  He also had a part time job with UPS and really enjoyed working there and had high hopes and dreams of continuing his career with them. He also had the dream of one day becoming a Bounty Hunter.

I have been friends with the Duarte’s since I was 12.  We lived in the same neighborhood for many years until the Duarte’s lost their home and had to move.  But that didn’t stop us from remaining friends!I recently had Nick help at a tennis tournament I was working at.  He did a fantastic job and charmed everyone he came in contact with!

Nick, Freddy, Joseph and I kept in touch and saw each other all the time.  They are my second family.

I have set up this Go Fund Me page to help with the unexpected funeral costs and for the extra medical costs that the family will incur with their Dad’s injuries.

Contemplating what to say to Mrs. Duarte, i had pulled over to the side of the road.  I asked her what had happened, having pieced some of the story from my daughter, Bri’s, account earlier in the day.

I asked Patty where had they been and where was Nick at the time.  Nick had just left Our Lady of the Pillar in Santa Ana and was heading to Grand Terrace in San Bernardino county.  The boys left in one car while mom and some of the girls helped with Confirmation prep after Mass.  The Duartes had lost their beautiful home in Santa Ana a few years ago and just bought their current, where they could afford, in San Bernardino county.  This hour drive each way was a common routine.

They were still volunteering and running the confirmation program at Pilar, despite the hour drive.  This is the kind of family that makes America great and God and His mom smile broadly.

I asked Patty “what had he just done?”  She told me Nick had served on the altar at Mass.  Here’s a 22 year old boy now man, autism just adding to his charm, who had just served the Lord, consumed the Lord in the Eucharist and was asleep in a car upon impact.   “Patty, I have no doubt, Nick is in heaven.”

I told Patty he woke up to Jesus; maybe Mary welcomed him home.  Imagine that, taking a nap riding in the car and waking up to heaven. I also suggested my wife, Donna or Cathy (Lipsky), two moms who knew him, may have been there to welcome him.

All the super smart theologizing whiz bang theo intelligentia aside, we don’t have all the answers but the framework is very clear: Believing in the Son of God, Jesus, the true Xavier (not our sad California SecState) of the world, is how we attain HEAVEN.

2 Corinthians chapter 5, starting at verse six puts it beautifully:

“So we are always courageous, although we know that while we are at home in the body we are away from the Lord,7for we walk by faith, not by sight.8Yet we are courageous, and we would rather leave the body and go home to the Lord.^e9Therefore, we aspire to please him, whether we are at home or away.10For we must all appear^* before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each one may receive recompense, according to what he did in the body, whether good or evil.”

Paul was pretty specific, even in the New American translation.

The wise 1897 editor of the Sun responded to Virginia’s small minded friends:

When Patty asked, I hesitated for only a nanosecond.  I told her I don’t say this flippantly or to console with syrupy “of course he’s in a better place”.  TOO MANY people die today who have denied God, who deny Jesus is God or that God exists.  It ISN”T true that everyone goes to heaven or purgatory.  Some buy their eternal debit card to hell.

As a father of 11, I worry (sorry St Pio!) that all my 11, their spouses and children, make it to heaven.  Same with many of my sibs who think there is a grand canyon wide path to the happy eternal returns.  There isn’t.  Yes, I know more will make it than we know; many we think should be there, won’t.

Frankly, we womanify or andromorphize God, believe God loves soooo much that everyone will be in heaven even though He’s given us the freedom to say No and die.  Forever.

He is a just God that believes US at OUR word; we need to do the same: Believe HIM!  He went through a lot of trouble to tell us Whom He is and for the Father’s Son to die that we might live.  I know it’s hard sometimes to understand let alone believe.  

Like Virginia’s editor, we are surrounded by billions of 100 trillion celled entities called woman or man, humans that are autonomous living miracles surrounded by miracles.  We didn’t just evolve from primordial soup; believing this is simply ignorance or arrogance.

The editor: “In this great universe of ours, man is a mere insect, an ant, in his intellect as compared with the boundless world about him, as measured by the intelligence capable of grasping the whole of truth and knowledge.”  The Trinity has ALWAYS existed, and as God, grasps the whole of truth,of knowledge and loved us enough to make us each unique, ready for eternity.

Of course, I hope ‘All IN!” like the Texas Hold Em cry,  but I trust God at his word: In Matthew, Jesus told us:

Jesus said to his disciples: “Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul; rather, be afraid of the one who can destroy both soul and body in Gehenna. Are not two sparrows sold for a small coin? Yet not one of them falls to the ground without your Father’s knowledge. Even all the hairs of your head are counted. So do not be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows. Everyone who acknowledges me before others I will acknowledge before my heavenly Father. But whoever denies me before others, I will deny before my heavenly Father.”

I plead with you, as I plead with my kids:  DON’T DENY Jesus.  He has an incredible eternity ahead for you.  Don’t let anyone else steal YOUR eternity from you; trust me, that person is not a friend and if he or she ends up in hell, he or she will have plenty of company to share pain forever. You do no one any good if you miss heaven.

Why do people do this to themselves?  I live in the real world, why do some people not?

“Oh, i don’t like to fear God, it’s not fair. If i have to fear Him to live forever, I don’t want to”  Be careful what you hope and wish for.

Uhh, hello!  Knowing that you have a loving God and believing in Him leads you on a tightrope or narrow path for a few years, is not unbridled “fear” but realistic wisdom.

Folks, like what motivated Patty’s question, eternity NEVER ENDS. NEVER!  If I need to jolt you into that reality, this is it.

As Virgina was told, “Yes, Patty, there is a new Santa Claus in heaven.  A new St Nick as of Jan 28, 2018, about 4 or 5 pm.  St Nicholas of Myra was a very generous soul who became bishop in the 4th century.  St Nicholas of Duarte or of St. Anne, of Santa Ana, a 21st Century 20-something resident of  Grand Terrace just before Heaven, also is a generous man who believes, present grammatical tense,  in a God Who loves him.

“Yes, Virginia mom Patty, there is a new heavenly Santa Claus. He exists as certainly as love and generosity and devotion exist”…your Nicholas is just in a different and better place. We mourn but he rejoices, though he misses his loving mom, devoted dad and sibs.

Yes, St. Nick of Duarte DOES exist.  Like the city, Duarte also means “prosperous guardian” eerily similar to whom the other St Nicholas, of Myra Turkey was: a generous guardian of the needy.

You have a family member who has been a joy on earth, and like St Therese, his best work will come in heaven praying continuously for each and everyone of you to live forever with HIM when your hour arrives.  As i pray daily for all my own children as well.

To: Freddy, I live in the real world as you do. Mistakes happen but please fear not: your brother loves you more now, because he knows things neither you, your dad nor I can know.  He wants you to know that he loves you, mom and dad and the kids, deeply and is so joyous. 

If Nick could supernaturally text message you, he’d say something like this: “Freddy, my brother, I forgave you the instant I saw Mary and Jesus; things happen for a reason. His plans are much greater than ours. I forgave you the very moment I realized I wasn’t in a car, because there was nothing evil to forgive.  I’ll tell you more about what it was like to wake up seeing such an amazing sight when I see you next.

I want you to promise me, Freddy you will forgive yourself THIS very moment.  It is true “eye has not seen, ear has not heard…” what heaven is all about, what awaits those who love Jesus, His Father and the Spirit, His mom Mary, the Saints…  it is INCREDIBLE where I am now.  God’s plan was not my plan but God is LOVE, He is happily eternal.  As

In our household, we have raised 11 kids and domicilic pedagogy or home based education has been going on for 30 years; a big thanks to my beautiful wife and daughters; sons, too, for their help.

Down to the last two in high school, it has been a great adventure.  One I would love to repeat; my wife, if i asked her, would agree. Along the way we served three decades as Catholic youth directors and related, and I started in real estate 30 years ago to have more flexibility in doing our first calling.  I love my clients and continue to put them first, as required.

Fires are not the problem, nor really are guns: it’s killings made easier by larger concentrations of non-related children “cornered”  in buildings making easy targets for the disgruntled, the dispassionate, the sociopaths and your typical Islamic jihadist terrorists.

Mr Medina’s main concern sadly is to mask the real issues public education cannot address and not solve them by demonizing caring, loving parents who have chosen the Homeschooling lifestyle and WAY of life.

Private schools police their own; so should public classrooms with common sense.

In case you don’t have Wikipedia, the first school killing was July 26, 1764 in Greencastle Pennsylvania by four native Americans.  It really wasn’t a school shooting per se, since only the teacher, Enoch Brown, was shot dead by the Lenape Delaware American indians.  The nine kids died due to “melee weapons”, including tomohawks and sharp knives.

You may not know but routinely, public school nurses discern it is better to do a field trip with pregnant 15 year old Sally to the closest planned parenthood facilities than tell mom and dad their daughter is a mom impregnated by a classmate or adult.  Google is you doubt.  But these field trips to the mills proves comprehensive sex education is successful: teach a kid to do math, they calculate.  Teach a child how to diagram a sentence, they write stories.  Teach a middle schooler how to have sex, they practice what they are taught.  Sadly, there is more remedial classes in Math and English required after high school, then any other.  Pubescent girls and boys learn the 50 Shades S&M free sex curriculum well.

What isn’t discussed, is this mass killing limits significantly, the amount of average daily attendance (ADA) dollars school districts receive.  Including Brown’s $4600 increase this year, to $16,029 per student in fiscal 2018-19, because every pre-born kid statistically will get through K-12, that’s 13 years x $14,929 or $194,000+ each new preschool killing at planned parenthood costs CalEd Inc. $194,000!

I’d adopt the whole lot of 13 Turpin kids, if I could, since it seems NONE of the Turpintine’s extended family is willing to.  Family and sacrifice comes first to people of faith like us and who see children as blessings, not something for Kamala Harris’ ilk to destroy.

Sometimes I coach moms of 3, 5 or more kids how to handle DINKOS who stand behind them at Staters, Vons or Ralph’s while she is battling her rug rat, curtain climber or purse popping kids at the checkout stand  The male DINKOS might say:

If I coached her with the truth, the mom of 5 might smile and pleasantly retort:

“Sir, cute dog you have there but you are absolutely right.  50 countries are one generation away from extinction with no or low birth rates.  My five kids will be paying your Social Security long after your Shitzoo is fertilizer buried in your back ground.  I’m doing what I can to help the worldwide population problem.  The birth dearth is not pretty.  How about you?”

Some of it is selfish disdain for someone having lots of kids; sometimes jealousy.  We don’t have a quantity population problem today on planet earth but a concentration (fly over country at night) on the coasts and large cities that makes it look like we have more than the measly 9 billion people currently on Gaia today.

Mr Medina did not introduce a bill to monitor public schools after Sandy Hook.  And, as terrible the 13 Turpintined kids situation was, Sandy Hook elementary was a public school were children died with no homeschooling educator in sight..

Frankly, we just want to be left along; we have decades of proof home educated kids don’t just sit at home AND make solid contributions to society. They save colleges money because they have been thought critical thinking and studying skills etc.

If inland empire’s Jose and Richard really cared about children’s welfare, they’d realize when a mom walks into a certain type of health clinic with child and then leaves barren, this is not “normal”, “humane” or even rational.  They’d be pleading with these distraught moms not to kill their future learners.  Future voters of Taxifornia and America.

As a part of our scope&sequence curriculum, our family meets weekly with 30 other families in the inland empire to do chemistry, science, math history government (civics) as well as physical ed activities.  Field trips to Getty, other LA museums, Pacific Aquarium etc are typical parts of home schooling efforts.  Educational choices and teaching materials have exploded including much material on-line to use.  The Beckman “ranch” (2/3 of an acre in Anaheim) has featured science fairs, reptile exhibits including 10 foot pythons, continuous conservational/environmental research, gardening, animal rescue and lots more over three decades: domicilic pedagogy is a way of life.

I call our family’s ‘spread’ an Environmental Research Lab, where we try to be true stewards of the environment.  Instead of using emoticon~laden words, we recycle everything we can.  EPA level ‘Clean water’ comes from reverse osmosis; since the water usage is 2:7, nothing is wasted: the water is transported to our rosebushes.  When the roses go limp, no waste:  we take the rose petals and feed our ‘rescued’ 30 year old Sucata tortoise and fellow tortoises.

Tomatoes receive laser focused water to their roots to minimize weeds and waste.  My sons have done worm farming, hydroponics and more. Eggs come from a few chickens; we do not use central AC because it overutilizes electricity.  Grey water whatever we can.  Compost. We help to increase the bees population with bee pollinating plants. We use single use plastic bags (SUPBs) as much as possible, even though the Algorean heresy hides the truth: SUPBs are made from methane, natural gas high octane waste products, not oil, which now must be burned in the atmosphere by the knuckleheads like Mary Nichols, the Queen of California woman-made air.

Since my kids haven’t been indoctrinated by the Moonbeam Climate Carbon IndoctriNation and their grant guzzling recipients, we still believe that God FEEDS the WORLD combining water and sunlight with the most maligned compound on earth since the first Algorean, Ruckelshaus banned dichloro-diphenyl-trichloroethane: carbon dioxide.

Realizing being a supreme court justice does not a smart scientist make, we call this process “photosynthesis” not pollution, like the translucent clothed Emperor Supremes ruled.  In America, we still have the freedom to practice the scientific method. At least, this month.  Unless Algore has retaken the internet he invented, you can Google photosynthesis.  Or, let me give you a hint at the real cycle of life: aerobic respiration and photosynthesis are not enemies of the state.

Come on, Len, do you really believe this?  Actually, I do as do millions and not just our Mexican brothers and sisters.  What gets more interesting, is just how power packed the image on the cactus poncho really is.

When Mary replaced the Aztec Tonantzin as the rightful queen of heaven at Tepeyac, our Lady focuses as she always does on her son, Jesus.  What’s so miraculous about the image anyways?  My protestant and Muslim friends have different opinions of Mary, the ever virgin mother of God, but the almost 500 year old piece of cactus cloth (life expectancy normally 10 years) is pristine, the image crisp and the story timeless.  And two very fascinating features of the image: the stars and the music.

Salvation history, is His Story, and not too farfetched His Story is in the stars as well.  It is as much a multidimensional weave as a serial series of events.

Everything is the Guadalupe image spoke to the Nahuatl peoples in THEIR OWN language and understandings.  The native gods and goddesses represented in their regal deity colors and symbols, resting on the half moon and the cherub/angel; imagery, showing Mary comes to explain with mercy the better way.

The poor Aztec convert, Juan Diego, ran away at first but Mary kept her promise: his uncle was cured on Dec 13th and great things began to happen.

When he obeyed, picked and took the out of season Castilian roses in his tilma/cloak, and dumped them at the feet of Bishop Zummarraga, His Story continued.  The story of the Christ, from all and to all eternity, was emblazoned not with paint but with the hand of God.

This is not a political problem, but a heart problem.  Mary introduced her Son to the indigenous peoples of Mexico and they responded by the millions; she helped to replace Aztec sacrifice with the bloodless daily sacrifice, still occurring today in the Basilica of Mexico City, we know as the Mass. Our Lady of Guadalupe is the virgin of hope, now the empress of the Americas.

Like my Muslim friends who revere Mary as the ever virgin (Fatima, site of 1917 visits, was the name of Muhammad’s beloved daughter), my Mexican friends, Catholic in the main, still look to Mary’s Son and His mother for many things.

The image is more than a rearview mirror hanger or image on a coaster: it tells us, in no uncertain terms, that Divine Mercy is available to all who reach out and recognize Jesus, the Son of Living God, as their Eternal Savior.
