California is a tough place to get a home.  But, a recent example of a smart way to beat the high cost of housing for Millennials, AND boomers, surfaced: buy a home with 4+ bedrooms and do the home sharing method for as long as you want to.  Young couples, until you have kids.  Seasoned couples close to retirement, until you and when you travel.  You help your family of one, two or more; you ALSO help those who can’t yet buy but make good tenants.  Instead of paying $2100 for a one bedroom apartment, rent for $1300 from a home sharer and bank the rest:  $800 a month adds up quickly toward a down for your own home.  Including a homeshare.

Interest rates have cratered, relatively, with the 10 year T-bill hovering at the low 2s yield (this controls mortgage rates),pushing down loan rates into the high 3s, maybe low 4% range.

Values are up in SoCal, but the differential between a 1200sf 2 or 3 bedroom and a 2200+sf 4 or 5 bedroom has narrowed.  Important factor!  Why?

Let’s go deeper: Renters are scrambling for reasonable. 1 bedroom apartments run into the $1700-$2300 range, even higher in some areas.  This makes it hard for millennials to save for their own homes and pay for luxuries like gas and food.

Other young buyers, saving for their first home, may be tempted to buy that 1 bedroom condo just to get a piece of the action.  Values are up and we are oscillating from seller to buyer to seller markets. But, try and sell that one bedroom when you have 3 munchkins.  Maryland’s Rep Adam & Eve Schiff have two kids; they certainly aren’t raising family in their 600 sf Burbank condoPad.

Shelve the common terms: don’t let them sidetrack you:

A seller’s market is when there is two or more offers at a point in time.  A buyer’s market is when they are the only offer on a property for yes, a point in time.  Economists expect mortgage rates to move to mid 4s this year, but experts used to be ‘perts’ and now they are ‘ex’: point being, crystal balls are murky.

Waiting for the perfect market forces too many to wait and miss the “good.”  A little analysis goes long on the football field of life.

Millennials!  Consider a great path to long term wealth: Buy to home share.  Home share is not short term rentals (despised in cities like Anaheim and others) but a long term aid to owning a home. And if you need to have private mortgage payment insurance (PMI or MI), you can reinvest part or all of the homeshare rent $$ in reducing principal.

Young couples, once married, tend to have munchkins.  But, a recent client success story needs to be broadcast.

Tim and Karen (possible name changes but true story) bought their 4 bedroom home for about $782K in a great city.  AT 3.875%, mortgage principal and interest per month is $3677.  Taxes another 1% and insurance, but still manageable, though homeowners insurance is on the rise due to the unnecessary wildfire conditions our ruling elite don’t do much to mitigate..     Learn the habit of home sharing with other millennials.

Tim & Karen shared living space with a non-family tenant for a couple years, which helped them save money to buy, in THEIR rented condo. Meanwhile, they didn’t buy brand new luxury cars and other depreciating (ie losing money) assets.  They saved and saved.

This helped them afford more home when condos and homes in the 600k ranges were not in the best of realms NOR more than a condo or teeny home.

Think about it: renting two (at $900+ per) of the four bedrooms means their cash flow looks much better: $1877/mo.  Now, not all of that is applicable, but it is money that can be used to reduce principal aggressively to remove costs like PMI (mortgage insurance), personal debt.  AND build up reserves.

Reserves are important because markets and economies change.  Hubby is a master accountant (super CPA) and wifey a beloved teech.

They will someday have triplets or at least an offspring or two but this could be years away.  So, why not get the home of their dreams today, housing ‘insurance’ against a downturn, and pay it down as much as reasonably possible.  Cars rust but homes tend to be essential.  Mortgage interest deduction no longer can be the most important reason to buy in Taxifornia’s tax tax and spend SacraDEMento mentality, yet the cash flow improvement makes your home work more for you under the HomeShare banner.

Recall $1877: that won’t get you a rented studio in some locales.  Yet, a 2200sf foot 4 bedroom can grow in value, no matter the market, because if Tim & Karen pay just ONE extra mortgage payment (two months of two rented rooms rental applied), their 30 year mortgage magically (actually mathematically) becomes a 23 year loan.

7 years shaved for one extra payment per year.  And even if prices tank, you are still paying off principal faster.

Notice the graph: the red line shows how amortization works: at the beginning of a 30 or 15 year loan, most of the payment is interest and crosses the equal line years later.  But if you pay one extra payment per year, you improve the principal (reduction) to interest picture considerably.  More than that one payment, even more aggressively.  But analyze before your amortize; be smart.

How in Heaven’s Name did Three Persons exist from ALL Eternities Past, with no beginning and certainly, as predicted no end in sight?  Debate all you want, first purpose, First Cause, whatever, but God had to have NO beginning to continue to have NO end.  Every pail bearing 3 year old emptying the ocean into the beach hole knows this implicitly.

Political corruption, abbreviated “political correctness”, reigns in the alternate USA swamp, the Potomac DC.  Gavel Granny Pelosi wields her fave power tool, while her nephew Gavin the Grabber further raids the working class and poor for their pet idiocies in Taxifornia, rich in every natural resource but wisdom and thriftiness.  But this isn’t about LLLPPP or L3P3.

Simply put, God designs perfectly; we humans execute imperfectly as His greatest creative work, Woman, continues to continue the species.

I have NO clue how God has ALWAYS existed.  Neither do you, my friend.

Chew on this: as long as the Perfect Trinity, Father God, the Son and the Holy Spirit have existed, you will exist that same amount of time outside of time. Whew!!

God said to Himself: “Let Us make man in our image”. So the Perfect 3 created sentient beings, who can live from 40 to 969 years long (depending on which era you find yourself in) AND create an almost identical duplicate of itself to carry on the Divine Planned Parenting program: “Go forth and multiply!” No where did God say “Subtract or Divide..” He, not we, is the Alpha & the Omega, and after 2 billion worldwide and 61 million stateside child deaths by satanist surgeons, you’d think we’d get the memo.

Yes, we dads, like all humans are NOT perfect. We fathers try hard to emulate the Perfect Father God in raising our children, doing our work, loving our perfect or imperfect match of a wife. It is instinct.

More than ties and socks once a year, we fathers MUST instruct and educate the young, or evil in all of its manifestations will INDOCTRINATE in its smarmy image, Never God, antiTrinity ways.

Even so, I have NO clue. Monica’s playboy kid, Augustine had his beachside 3 year old hydro engineer; I like Augustine, have NO clue how God NEVER began. How He can be everywhere in an instant in this 553 sextillion wide universe. He even left us indisputable clues of his ThreeSomeness.

And we puny gnat like humans think we control the cosmos, climate and weather by labelling one of His most incredible food machine trace gases, CO2, as demonic pollution. What idiots we are!!

Take that wavy plasmatic ray/energy/matter thingee, white light. As first graders we see color wheels. The Trinity is made up of Three Primary Persons. White light is made up of Three Primary Colors, Blue, Red and Yellow. Does Blue of the heavens signify Father God? or Blood Red signify the super Sacrificing Son? And bright Yellow the Holy Spirit? you tell me!

A Prism magically separates One light (‘Light from Light, True God from True God’) into Three equal portions, totally distinct yet united as one. There is no prismatic device to separate the One Triune God into parts, but parts they are in One God, as three “persons”.

Thus the cluelessness. Augustine watched with amusement as the 3 year old try to dump ocean water repreatedly into a hole. He asked the kiddo: “What are you doing?” The innocent child said “Emptying the sea water into this hole!” Augustine the Wise said “It’s impossible to empty the whole ocean into your sand hole!”

To which the child stood up with his pail, saying “It would be easier, Augustine, for me to empty the whole ocean into this hole than for you to understand the Trinity!” Then he vanished. The angelic kid, not Augustine.

God wants to signal to us, in reality and symbolism, that there is more than this “mortal coil”; He designed ALL OF THE universe to bring man and woman to himself. No matter what and how evil tries its best to destroy our spiritual hunger for True Wisdom, Faith, Hope and of course the eternal virtue:

LOVE!

God will NOT be mocked. Nor ignored. Threes are everywhere!

The number of God commands in the stone tablets is THREE. You need THREE substances (light, liquid and a gas) to feed the world. We call this photosynthesis and its reverse aerobic respiration

And the much maligned Gift from God, carbon dioxide, is itself a reflection of the 3 in one principle: one Carbon and Two Oxygen atoms. It amounts to only ONE (1) air-borne molecule for every 2500 of nitrogen, oxygen and argon and yet, it FEEDS the WORLD. Our ignorant enviroRads never mention oxygen is RELEASED with the sugars, the nutrients that supports the plant food pyramid and all of life. Meanwhile Gavin the Grabber, the governor nephew of Gavel Granny Pelosi, use CO2, like climate change ambassador Moonbeam, as an excuse to tax and destroy, steal our natural gasoline resource that yields 6000 products and more.

3 is the perfect stool supporter. 4 or 2 legs have their deficiencies, but 3 legs rely on each the other for balance and support.

Fatherhood is the blessing much attacked today, greatly so since Lyndon Baines Son of John (LBJ) divorced black dads from families by prostituting government ‘welfare’ dollars and control. Man in the house: no moolah. This was and IS evil. His War on Poverty was really the War on God’s Designed Family Model. A War on Fatherhood.

Fathers, thank you. Of course, thank your wives who became mothers so you could be fathers. But, hold your head up high. Your best mentor and “hero” IS a Father, the First Father, Father God.

Our Jewish friends see God as one God, awaiting Elijah and the Savior. Our Islamic friends see God as Allah and Jesus a prophet born of a virgin.

My Hindu neighbors have many, many Gods while we Christians have just the ONE. Embodied in 3 persons. See how describing Trinity’s namesake fails English and all other romance languages: even Latin. But, WHEN we follow the Son, the Father’s Jesus the Christ, we will live forever and beyond

So as my critics and friends alike will agree, Len, YOU ARE clueless.

On the subject of the Trinity on this Father’s Day, I must reluctantly agree. Augustine tried so hard but the pail kid set him straight.

Over three decades of serving families’ real estate needs, I have had the privilege of some fascinating stories of people, from first time buyers to savvy real estate investors with large property inventories, Superior Court ordered sales and more. Let me concisely (Len, concise?) tell you a true story.

A great family, Jack & Whitney, had come back to California after a few years in Texas.  We were able to get them a large Orange home at an excellent price; they added a $45,000 purchased Tesla solar system and some other items and were set to raise a growing family for a decade or two.

…then the Lone Star state beckoned yet again.  More specifically, a city in the state…and good friends in that city.   Though they had California and East families, so many friends remained in the upstate city north of the Alamo they continued their adventure.

2 years hence, the couple prayed and prayed and decided let’s “Go East!” once more.

The market had shifted to more of a balanced seller/buyer, but their home was very inviting to buyers.  We had had a lot of lookers,  and were ready to open escrow with the Miracle Man.  They had seen the home while birthday prep was underway for the youngest child.  Miracle Man wanted it.

The night before escrow started, I got a text he unexpectedly went in for serious emergency surgery and, though he fell in love with the J&W home, they would have to step out of the way.  We promised prayers, even contacted prayer warrior Dave Deaton to add our Miracle Man to his list.

Couple more open houses, 4 weeks later, we had been negotiating with a couple of offerors, working with a great couple who knew the owners and on the Friday before a planned Sunday open house, got an excited neighboring buyer who was selling her home.  But, timing is everything.

The Miracle Man’s excellent agent called; we discussed the final numbers, got signatures and opened escrow.  Though he faced some future treatments, he wanted this home.

Meanwhile, J&W bought a home in Texas, sight unseen with a seasoned agent, and they closed one day after our May closing!  Thanks to a good escrow officer, compliant sellers and buy, hard working representatives, lender, etc., Jack & Whitney didn’t need to rent first.  Mom of three, she had the faith and trust to load two pods, dad scheduled a flight, Q was transported (Q is yes, a dog) by land before we closed their OC home…and two families, two states, two homes are happy.  Patience and persistence wins out every time.  God bless our Texas and California clients!

You don’t say “Happy Memorial Day”. You thank God that He had a second covenant nation later in history we know as these United States of Amerigo V.  How many of you know that V name?

Do we make mistakes? Of course!  Yet why do we have sooo many gatecrashers is we aren’t a land people desire?

I, like many, sold the Trump family short.  Started with Cruz then cruised into giving the Negotiator in Chief a shot.

No matter if you are an Obamahillary lover or Trump hater, you have to admit (if you are a sentient adult), he keeps his promises.

After 8 years of arguably the worst of Obamaville, with $10 trillion going mainly to FOO birds like Solyndra et al and less growth than a 15 year old post pubescent’s beard, Trump has been a breath of fresh air.

Right to LIVE?  After 61 million dead American kids over the last 44, he is the most prolific, ie PRO life president in modern times.  He believes making American great again is a noble cause.  PART of that is keeping kids alive AFTER birth, unlike Governor WrecKID Ralph who prefers beating little girls brains out (or letting them die) once they become birthright citizens.

Worse than being blessed and not realizing it, is being blessed and being demonically critical, even subversive, of the one who takes no salary for the top spot in American political life.

PEOPLE, DO GREAT THINGS!  You and I can KEEP U.S. Great by doing a good turn daily, helping someone out each day.  Do a selfless act.  EVERY man, like the Hacksaw Ridge hero did, who lived or died through our various conflicts deserves our thanks.

Private property ownership, stewarding and creating wealth leads to generous people helping others.  Jesus said the “poor will always be with you” meaning help them but don’t count on them for jobs and career paths.

As well as what Doug McIntyre (article in OCRegister/SCNG May 26) calls the perennial bureau rat state of “oh my!” But even with the challenges, America is great again.  Hate Melania’s hubby if it makes you feel better, but be the adult and acknowledge the massively low unemployment rate, the deregulation of bureau rat overreach, the tax redux (half done), recognizing Israel is NOT the enemy, etc are good things Madam Secretary HRC would NEVER have done.  But note bene: hate causes cancer in the host.  Not the hated.

“We always have reason to believe that the BEST is yet to come!”

2019 Holy Week Monday started with the renowned Paris’ Notre Dame Cathedral going up in flames. The original altar and the crown of thorns (that Jesus wore) were saved miraculously and for the unaware:

“Notre Dame” translates into ‘Our Lady.’ The lady of the Cross.  The Virgin who gave birth to the Son of the Father.  Who said “Yes” in her teens to being our Mother and God’s as well.  And bore the God who was born to die.

Godincidentally, Mary’s stone image of the real Notre Dame, her statue was captured and rescued by firefighters from the centuries old cathedral’s rubble in another image that endured since that tragic fire happened, caused by either hell, accident and/or nut.

We humans are sooooo small in all of this, shouting “I’m the one! I am God! I am the center of the universe”  Au contraire (little French lingo) mon ami!

Ironically, as if on cue, America has suffered intense corruption & anarchy by our elected leaders and it continues; we’ve seen what hate, fire and lies does to our world. The last two years, a muted coup attempt to overthrow our president.  Yet, God has a plan much higher and nobler than ours.

How insignificant are we?   A quick list: our universe is 553 sextillion miles across, give or take a measly sextillion or so.  We are in the Milky Way in the Virgo SuperCluster of galaxies.  The Virgo Cluster is the closest, 2000 galaxies in and near the Virgo constellation.  Our tiny ball of joy weighs six sextillion (6,000,000,000,000,000,000,000) tons.  At best, ALL of the humans ON earth weigh at most 350 million tons.  Total!  Yet, we humor ourselves thinking we can change His plan and His climate.  We cannot create only move around.  It would take a lifetime to get out of the solar system: God can traverse the universe in an instant.

Why billions of galaxies? 100s of billions of stars, planets.  On our 3rd rock from the sun, which is a million times larger than starship Earth it keeps alive with heat and light, God created millions of plants and animals, trillions of insects, and well, ONE man and ONE woman.  We know them as Adam and Eve: the same names as that famously ignorant Adam Schiff and his wife Eve.  But unlike the Maryland House member who constantly accuses the innocent without merit like his father the devil, first parents Adam & Eve of Mesopotamia have become nine billion earth dwellers.

God DOES have a plan…and yet prayer changes things, often.  Did you realize the sun converts 700 million tons of hydrogen every SECOND to heat and light our world 93,000,000 miles away?  Really think about this: a God who can turn a single cell into a fully functioning sentient being in 280 days just might be able to manage the climate on HIS world.  And sadly, my Church and other “environmental justice warriors” have joined the chorus of the heretical, the agnostic, the ignorant.  Mocking God’s amazing photosynthesis gift while hoisting ‘man’ on the golden calf pedestal saved during Moses’ time just for this purpose.  “I control the weather! I am god!”

Believe it or no, my beloved friends, bishops and scientists, androgenic climate change is the new Babylonian Tower.  Just because we claim we can control hurricanes and drought, does not make it so.  In fact, it makes us more the fool than during the time of construction of Babel.

Funny, Wikipedia calls it a myth; yet, the relief stone discovered over a century ago, analyzed by London University’s Dr Andrew George,  calls it a ‘ziggurat’ or the temple tower of Babylon. He mentions the building and the builder on the stone illustration.

It existed, whether built by Nimrod or King Neb II; and we humans continue to construct our own Babelian Towers of lies in so many ways.

Yet, dDespite the satanic onslaught by those who mock God, prostiticians like Gavel Granny and Kamalala, satanic surgeons and governor WrecKID Ralph Northam, quoting Fr Pat from sunrise Mass:

“We always have reason to believe the best is yet to come!!”

God’s macro work, outer space is dwarfed by His infinitely complex INNER space as well.  He created millions of biochemical processes, scientific laws and life to manage and thrive on His amazing ecosystem, biospheric wonder.

Unlike Notre Dame’s valiant firefighters saving what they can from destruction, God ‘saved’ or left, the best for last, the major focus of all He did make, create from nothing, in this massive undertaking:

Woman. The female gender.  The first Eve.

After the less complex work creating trillions of planets & plants, He made Adam, all 30-75 trillion cells of our Founded father. Yet, the last Creative act of the known universe, of the Designer’s creative work was the absolutely MOST COMPLEX being in history.  The Woman Eve.  First mom.  The difference between man and woman, male and female (yes, Mr. Knowles men and women ARE different) is the woman produced the billions of children that have populated this beautiful planet.  Men provided the seed, mothers provided the womb and egg.  Could it be God designed ALL of His matter and energy to bring us to know Him and live forever?

Uhh, in a word: YES!

If you looked at the night sky of Dec 12, 1531 from Mexico City, you would see the same star chart (just more detail) as Notre Dame d’ Guadalupe is adorned. Obviously, we just discovered this with super computers, Hubbles and satellites recently.  But on Juan Diego’s picture of Mary, her heart IS over Virgo, the zodiacal sign and constellation and the cluster of 2000 galaxies we can see with a telescope. Virgo the Virgin’s heart.

Huh? God is scientific?  You betcha, a lot more than we ever could be!  But science is about failure, trial and error and discovery.  Laws are rare…

Proof?  How about photosynthesis?  God created this biophotochemical process that takes a massively plentiful liquid, a scarce trace gas and the sun’s energy to FEED the WORLD.  Keep us alive to serve each the other.

Our top jurists (SCOTUS) ignorantly call one of its components, CO2, “pollution”.  But, when God mixes water, sunlight and that demonized molecule Carbon Dioxide, we survive.  Without ANY of the three, we die.  Same with the Trinity, each person IS God and has always been dependent on Each the Other from all eternity yet each is ALL Powerful. God is omniscient, omnipotent and omnipresent, anywhere in the 553 sexillion mile wide universe at any time.  Like St Augustine on the beach with the angel, we are clueless.  We try but can’t grasp, the same with so much of all that Francis of Assisi surveyed.  And Xavier the Deceiver, another lieutenant of the devil, ignored the people and stole the fraudulent gas tax recall with flowery lies.  And he once was a Catholic like the royal Northern Calif. kingdom.

You are awesome and experienced home “domicilic pedagogist” engineers, moms/dads homeschoolers! So, when you see a neighbor still wandering in a daze wondering what that kid is still doing in her home at 10am on a school day, calm her down and explain this is what you’ve done for 1, 5, 10 etc years.  Physical distancing (social distancing is googledygook wording) of course….that’s what Moms’ Nights out (and the occasional Dads Night’s out too) are for.

Zucchini and world’s largest and roma, tomatoes seedlings (we call em starters) are underway…144 giant sunflowers.  Birds got the giant sunflowers but starting more and Romas too!

Since we are busy doing what we always do, as homeschoolers and others not so much, I still have a new 2021 challenge:

$20 reward for the largest zucchini by any co-op, homeschool family between now and end of July.  We will bring starters to March 28th co-op.  Come May, the $99 Giant Pumpkin seedlings will be available.  $99 to the largest pumpkin by Halloween.

If you are sheltering in place, great time to get going on Spring gardening.  Below are some suggestions and ideas about being environmentally successful and good stewards

Last year we filled out the Census.  But, when you do the CO2 Census, you find there is One teeny carbon dioxide molecule for every 2500 yes 2500 other air molecules (99%ers oxygen, nitrogen, argon the main ones). This 1:2500 ratio does NOTHING to alter the heat sinking atmospheric physics of our climate.

February 2019 was the COLDEST Feb on record NEVER getting above the 60s Fahrenheit AND the WETTEST California on record. This year, lots more rain.

Here are some TIPS;  Giant sunflowers, roma (just starting) and other tomatoes are in the portable planters; so are the zucchinis.  They will be at the co-op meetings AND for my real estate clients.  Trying to help large families whenever possible: it is a lot cheaper than $3 per plant pop at the Depot of Home or Loews.  Free to clients as an appreciation for your continued business.  And friends too!

Tips for April 2021

Weed:  After picking out a reasonable planting zone, with much rain, it is a GREAT time to weed…the saturated soil means you pull roots and all out.

Make it a kid and parent project.  Don’t wait until summer for your spring garden.  The better prepared now, the better the harvest.  I still love that picture of the homeschooling mom with her sister nun sister holding a giant zucchini last year. I think it was Mrs Sosa!

Prep the soil.  If you have a rototiller, crank it up.  The starters ARE ready, first come first served.    If you had a lousy harvest last season, amend the soil with some manure or appropriate substance.  Ask.

Start the compost pile or barrel.  And old barrel in a corner of the garden with the bottom cut out is one way.

DO NOT USE YOUR GARBAGE DISPOSER.  ALL organics can be composted.  Use the compost pile or watertight or waterloose barrel. Give your garbage disposal a rest.  In fact, our House member Alex AOC did not even know what a disposal unit is: NY has ZERO.  She jumped when she turned her DC one on first time.

Garbage is what the Regressive Leftist tenured professors of outer Mongolian studies indoctrinates our young with.  It is not POISON for your plants, once composted.  Major major warning: Regressive Leftist ideologies like the Algorean global warming fraud can be poison to your family.  Use this shelter in place, physical anti-social 6 foot distancing for great things.  Becoming even better fams.

Plan the garden.  Here’s where the PVC grid comes in.  I will be doing a short PolyVinylChloride clinic for the various scholastic gatherings to show how inexpensive, water conservative, weed abating and fruitful using PVC dribblers will be for YOU.   I may go YouTube to help answer questions..

And one time. I am still using the same PVC piping for eight years.  It uses less and less expensive water.  Produces more fruit and less weeds.  And a fun project to do with your kiddoes.  For the domicilic pedagogy dailies, it counts for agriculture, atmospheric physics, math, biology, horticulture and ??

No, those two cluckers are NOT PVC Chickens.  This one does bird droppings, which i like to pass on to family, clients and friends.  Especially the Dr Seuss kind (one breed yields actual GREEN eggs)

Good news is you don’t have to replumb your house.  You can connect up the ranch/farm water distribution system to the hose bib (not the toddler’s dribbler high chair kind) but the hose bib.  After all, people of God, it IS a great day to be ALIVE!!  To the right (leftists, it’s left of left) see the recyclable and reusable connector that a short or long hose can supply water to.

Remember, every environmental decision and action has incidental, unexpected and purposeful results.  God gave you that 3 pounds of matter between the ears.  Use it.

Recycling hints: at the Beckman ranch, we recycle reverse osmosis cleansed water waste to the roses, for one.

At the Beckman Ranch, shower water goes to two different grey water pits and hydrates (fancy way of saying “waters”) the Lion’s Tail plant that bees love and formerly the roses; the plants go crazy from the phosphates, etc

Garbage disposer obsoleted with a garbage pail your grandma used to have going to animals or composting  Minimal fracked natural gas use via the heater NOT being on day and night.  No central air but occasional use of an area AC.  All LED lighting.  Chickens, quail and rabbits provide fertilizer for the gardens; the ducks quacks.  All garbage possible composted and reused.

Single use plastic bags are essential and still available at HDepot or Loews.  Take a few extra, they like your business!

Why? We rescue the much maligned single use plastic bags and use them (another GREEN fraud: Calif. thin plastic bags are made from high energy components of methane normally released into the atmosphere or burned off…NOT oil).  Especially with the CoVid19, too many people bring cockroaches, crumbs and norovirus with their reused cloth, even plastic bags to food, yes food markets.  Yes, these are actual foreign objects my local checkout clerks have told me they have seen.

“Ever wonder where we will get the 6000 products (plastics etc) that COME FROM OIL once OIL is banned by the regressive green  nuts in DC like Kerry, AOC, Beijing Biden etc?)  Me too!”  Ask sad sack JoBama?

We keep the same kids and don’t turn them in for other models.  We eat farm fresh eggs (we will share at co-ops and surprise clients and friends) and grow as much herbs and veggies possible. Using Harbor Freight tarps, we channel excess rain water into the pool and rain barrels to save water.  You can do the same coming off your eaves to fill a rain barrel, for example.

The Beckman Ranch wants to help as much as possible.  We are the neighborhood captain for helping the elderly, which is easy on a street of 8 homes.  Do GREAT as well in your neighborhood!

California WASTES water and LEAVES the potholes.  PLUS charges us Gas Tax RATE above 35%.  Yes, 35% 44%.  Moving toward 66% since Captain JoBama was elected.

Unlike NorCalifornia where they routinely dump fresh crude H20, 2 trillion gallons the last 7 years, into the Pacific (so Poseidon can desalinate in Huntington Beach and resell it to us?) we are forced to conserve water as good Christians.  Thus things like the PVC water distribution system.

We work to help families dump Xavier the former Catholic Deceiver and baby killer sympatico for lying to us about God’s gift of fossil fuels: today the gas sales tax RATE was 37.2%.  Over 1/3 of our precious family energy $$ to the guvmint and STILL there are pot holes unfilled.  And water holes (reservoirs undug) unfulfilled.  But, trust me, the obese public sector union pension reservoirs are filled quickly from the hapless large families. Like the $2trillion boondoggle with 93% going to cronies not families.

The Three Sisters

Homeschoolers Project for spring/summer: the Three Sisters easy garden.  No pesticides needed.

Three hundred years ago, when early American colonists took a look at the food gardens in Native American villages, they often saw a unique companion planting plan – corn, pole beans and pumpkins or squash being grown together in the same plot.

 

It is a great way to have your kids during summer (break if you take one from school) watch their garden grow.  It, like the PVC garden, is scalar.  Also, like the phototropic nature of giant sunflowers, where the plant naturally follows the sun during the day, it teaches an aspect of nutrition, healthy plant interaction and they can eat what they grow.

From another Farmers Almanac:

By the time European settlers arrived in America in the early 1600s, the Iroquois had been growing the “three sisters” for over three centuries. The vegetable trio sustained the Native Americans both physically and spiritually. In legend, the plants were a gift from the gods, always to be grown together, eaten together, and celebrated together.

Each of the sisters contributes something to the planting. Together, the sisters provide a balanced diet from a single planting.

• As older sisters often do, the corn offers the beans needed support.
• The beans, the giving sister, pull nitrogen from the air and bring it to the soil for the benefit of all three.
• As the beans grow through the tangle of squash vines and wind their way up the cornstalks into the sunlight, they hold the sisters close together.
• The large leaves of the sprawling squash protect the threesome by creating living mulch that shades the soil, keeping it cool and moist and preventing weeds.
• The prickly squash leaves also keep away raccoons, which don’t like to step on them.

Together, the three sisters provide both sustainable soil fertility as well as a healthy diet. Perfection!

TIPS FOR GROWING THE THREE SISTERS

• To try them in your garden, in spring, prepare the soil by adding fish scraps or wood ash to increase fertility, if desired.
• Make a mound of soil about a foot high and four feet wide.
• When the danger of frost has passed, plant the corn in the mound. Sow six kernels of corn an inch deep and about ten inches apart in a circle of about 2 feet in diameter.
• When the corn is about 5 inches tall, plant four bean seeds, evenly spaced, around each stalk. About a week later, plant six squash seeds, evenly spaced, around the perimeter of the mound.  Or use starters from the Beckman.  I will be planting another tray of zuccs and ? squash.  Whattya want?

My horticultural experts, go for it!  Modify as you desire. You might plant marigolds around the outside and if you have more land, scalar away.  Google Australia 3 sisters if looking for a lesson plan enhancement, LLLearners!

7 years, that last week of 49 weeks in Daniel’s book is interesting.

Two witnesses preach the gospel to the whole world at the end of time. Only two historical figures never died that we know.

Mary went to heaven as well, whether dead or alive, she is alive now.  We know by the frequent Flyer miles she has racked up in Egypt, Fatima, Tenochtitlan (Mexico City), as Our Lady of Good Success in Equador, and other geographic sites.  Her purpose is the same like all good mothers: she focuses on her Son, the Living God, Jesus.  At Fatima, like the good Jewish mother, she honored the death date of Her beloved Son Jesus six times, on the 13th of the months of May thru Oct 101 years ago. As our Lady of Guadalupe, she practiced astronomy as she showed whom she and Her son are in the parade of time and eternity.  The star chart of Dec 12, 1531 shows the constellation Virgin or Virgo over her heart.  The constellation Leo or the Lion of the tribe of Judah over her tabernacle womb, that contained her Son the Savior of all peoples. Little bit of history, the Sphinx before an egoist Pharaoh, was the head of a woman and the body of a Lion. The head of a Virgin and body of Christ, the Lion of the tribe of Judah. Far fetched? Maybe…

But Enoch of old, did not live the typical post Adam pre Noah 700-900 year lifespans of the people chronicled before Noah in Genesis (see my ancient family lifespans chart copied from the family album Genesis): Enoch lived 365 years before God took him home, almost like a beacon of time.

And Elijah (who re-appeared alive talking with Jesus at the Transfiguration) went to heaven, alive on a fired up chariot. Look it up; Elisha may have been the witness, but God’s Word records it for posterity.

Woe to those who ignore the Good News, the Gospel. This ain’t my saying: it is YOUR God and He calls for you to believe Him not the evil one.

He lays out His case pretty well.  God created a 553 sextillion miles wide universe, give or take 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 miles; it is made up of billions of stars, planets and more.  On the 3rd rock from our sun, which converts 700 million tons of hydrogen per second to heat and light us, sending the waves of warmth 93 million miles toward spaceship earth, God created plants, animals and mankind, the three kingdoms.  Trillions of insects, animals and plants.  But only TWO human beings, named in the Book of Life as Adam and Eve the first.  Only TWO.  From the original couple (note, despite Jessie “abortion is black genocide” Jackson’s constant race card, there is ONE and only ONE human race)

Pretty big numbers, like 37 trillion cells, organized into tissues, organs and systems.  60,000-100,000 miles of blood vessels, 100s of billions neurons in the brain, on and on. All this amazing Godly work, and Gov WrecKid Ralph happily will clinically comfort the surviving Gianna Jessen and bash her head to a pulp on the planned parenthood altar of satan the lesser with a Louisville 36″ wood baseball bat.

Odd how, God provides and we ignore or waste, insult Him at every turn.

He creates incredible autonomous creatures and we say, no way, it all evolved from primordial soup while ignoring how the soup first got here: atheistic idiot evolution.

God created humanity in His image and marriage, joining an Adam and Eve to have children and get to the 9 billion we are today, less the 2 billion babies murdered for parts via satanist surgeons worldwide.  Marriage is replaced by evil’s fave list of new genderologies, numbering 100 so far and counting on more.  The devil tried at Lot’s door but God never intended for men to insert their penises inside other men’s anal orifices and expecting a kid to come out in 9 months.  The more advanced we think we are, the more primitive we prove ourselves to be.

The Trinity is made up of three Persons in the One God. Pure white light is composed of three distinct personages, yellow, blue and red. Light from Light, True God from True God. Photosynthesis is made up of three components, carbon dioxide, water and sunlight: this trinity of life is a mere reflection of the Eternal Trinity that has always existed…BOTH are essential to earthly life. But the Trinity evidenced in Genesis (Let US make man in our image) at at Jesus’ baptism, is essential for eternal heavenly LIFE.

What God FEEDS the WORLD with, photosynthesis, our Supreme Law Adjudicators, SCOTUS, calls “pollution”. 

Without this “pollution”, we starve to death in 13 days (Terri on March 31, 2005 received the Eucharist 3 times to survive that long) like that Eucharistic Miracle, Terri Schiavo Schinder did, who was purposefully dehydrated and starved to death in front of the world to see….just before God took His beloved servant, Pope St John Paul the Great on Apr 5, 2005 to overshadow the evil that men do. 

I have written extensively on this phenomena: how God did not want the evil Floridian Scientologists and their cabal to celebrate their “victory” of killing a defenseless but sentient Catholic sister; He caused His awesome servant JPtheGreat to become terminally sick (check the Zenit records) closely after Terri went to heaven. The world’s attention was redirected, just as at the Resurrection 3 days after Jesus’ death, to God’s victorious homecoming for Pope St JPtheGreat Godincidentally at JPII’s fave feast of St Faustina, Divine Mercy as the Sunday liturgy closed saturday night with the AMEN of one of our greatest pontiffs. God will NOT be mocked.

Yes, the good is oft interred with his (unbroken in this case) bones, as Shakespeare put it, but the Good did rise again for all to see on the 3rd day at Easter.

Friends and family:  You WILL ALWAYS EXIST forever and beyond. Take Heed my friends and family, clients and neighbors.

Maybe our curious pontiff Francis IS ushering in the one world religion, whether knowingly or unwittingly.  Maybe not, just trying to bring peace to a troubled world.  No matter WHAT he does, Jesus is “the Way, the Truth and the Life”. It’s the same story since 153 fish (3x3x17 or 1+2…+17!) almost burst the nets of the surprised Christ followers and fishers of men.

I love my beloved Church because, well, Jesus told us to.  Is He ready to return?  That’s His call and His Father’s.  Our call is to occupy the day, preach the gospel…and use words if necessary, something Francis of Assisi never said but was attributed to him. On earth, it is sooo important not to be the reed in the wind, follow the peer pressured jump off the cliff.

When everyone, especially the prostiticians demonize God’s excellent gift, CO2 which we die without, we can’t be bahhhhh bahhh sheep in our interfaith environmental SJW socialist climate change ambassador science fiction meetings. Especially, should Jesus not return until after next decade, we will see the Maunder Minimum, modeled by real scientists like Dr Valentina (ironic with this Feb 14th post), the solar physicist who understands that as sunspots receded with the upcoming 2020s overlapping solar cycles, that global cooling will be the reality. AND the need to divert the trillions wasted on paper pushing pissing in the wind of banality thinking we, not God, controls the universe; divert to helping 3rd world poor get even better crop yields, as good Christian servants should, with improved agriculture technology due to shorter growing seasons and less arable lands. This should be the work of our social justice workers and interfaith enviro climate change ambassadors: real science and real help as the climate truly changes to cool or even cold, like the 17th century when the Thames froze in the ice age of past times.

Though two decades at zero, global warming actually expands arable land and increases crop seasons, but one would never know with the cacaphony of Algorean heretic worshipers kneeling before the godless Trotsky/Stalin/Marxist control of production so the rich at the socialism top can eat caviar while the people eat dog. Hugo Chavez was not stupid, turning the natural resources rich shining light on the South American hill into a southern shithole of 8000% inflation for foodless storeshelves and dying Venezuelans. Low polluting natural gas will rise ALL boats IF not grounded with jets, cars and cows when Alex AOC 12 year plan to end all life on earth matastasizes. Someone needs to help our SJW and enviro interfaithers learn real science, free market economics, innovative help for the needy and the value of energy and the need to end this insane carbon taxation without representation.

Hugo can’t spend his billions in hell, if that is where he is, but his daughter can once she pulls the $$ from the various Swiss accounts. But I digress from the papal signing with Islam, Jewish and other world religion leadership for a time of peace and prosperity. Are we at the ready?

Eternity is a LONG time NOT to be in happy heaven. Despite the misdirection and fraud of the Regressive Leftist ideologues, we are truly blessed as a nation, as a people and as Catholics in a world God has designed for our stewardship and gospel practice.
