Boys, if you want to learn how to hug a woman, do it shoulder to shoulder gently, not squashing her breasts as if you are milking her.  I know, I am male, it is not easy to notice a woman’s beauty: there’s a lifetime of difference between noticing for the moment and requiring solvents to unSuperGlue your eyes from her body’s beautiful parts.

I know I risk the Lot rioters at the door rebellion.  But, I believe it is harder to get to heaven outside of God’s design for marriage and relationships.  Brotherly love is not homosexual love,nor is sisterly love on of 60 gender ideologies on today’s current list.  And no one should condemn the homosexual himself, just the sin that comes from acting out on one’s proclivities.   God’s is specific in His laws.

You ARE an adult and can choose what you do.  But, a mature adult is willing to listen and hear, see and learn what the real world is about.  Harveywood, the DC swamp and prostitician alternative universe, are NOT the real world.

Acton said “Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.”  Harvey still believes, in his delusional state, he is above the fray, a god and should have access to every woman he can touch and control.  Sad, pornified life heading to hell awfully fast.

But, yes Harvey like all us sinners CAN BE REDEEMED.  Pray for his renewal and repentance.  Don’t forget Slick Willie and his 2000 victims as well.

Step V: Treat others with patience, first as brothers and sisters, then always as human beings.  There is really only ONE human race, since our first parents are identical no matter where in the world we hail from.

Step VI: Sexual amnesty for Harveywood.  Seek God in all our ways.  I’d call for a time of repentance and forgiveness for Harveywood and its allies and divisions if it would help.  Unfortunately, when God gave mankind free will that also means man and woman can make poor choices.  The latest code of conduct of the Harveywood MPArts asks its members to act as adults.  Problem is, like Peter Pan, most in Harveywood NEVER grow up.  Boys like Weinstein think they are pimply faced jocks in the lockerroom of life and love to visit the cheerleaders in their showers.  Or demand they do what they want so they can be a part of the “in” crowd.  Maybe, Harvey CAN grow up.  Does the new Code include considering married Harveywood folks shouldn’t engage in adultery from sun up to the bed at sundown?  I didn’t think so either.

Step VII.  Seven is a tough one.  Truth and rumors are out there that Hillary is a lesbian or bisexual and her marriage was a sham biz union.  Ted Kennedy took 30 hours to tell the world Mary Jo Koepechne was under water at the Chappaquiddick bridge.  It took about the same to get the video of the Ben Ghazi perpetrator, Nabo Nabo, into the Sunday shows for the 9-11-12 campaign cover up.  We know humanity is capable of great good, but also of terrible evil.  As long as we think fellow humans are property, evil will win.

Being a bully, treating others right, are not new ideas.  If a woman unmarried to you throws herself at you, state simply’  “Miss, you are a lady in waiting.  I want to think of you this way, not a lady of the street.  Please let us keep our relationship on the level above the neck and not involving your beautiful parts below the shoulders”  or similar words.  But, men for heaven’s sake, do not force women to do what they do not desire to do.  I have not treated women the best I could, mea culpa.  But, we can try to do better from today on.  Just as Harvey claims to have his sex addiction cured.

Step TEN!  Sex as it should be is simple: it is ‘making love’ between two consenting adults, one male one female who consent to God being #1 in their lives and a co-participant in them continuing the species.  God does NOT create new FIRST COUPLES.  No way.  He relies on those He has made stewards of this great world.

Step Eleven: Find ways to make life good for others; individualize your charitable ways and seek long standing healthy relationships that happen neck up until marriage.  Or neck up for a lifelong friendship.  Sex is best where it belongs: INSIDE a covenant marriage.

Step 12:  See you in heaven.  God desires ALL to be happy forever, ALL, whether a Harvey or a Hitler.  But it’s our choice whom we serve and live forever with.  satan or the Saviour, God’s son, Jesus the Christ.

Oh and Harveywood.  Keep your penises in your training pants.  Sex is not for children like you.  It is for the Jerry and Ruth’s of the world.  Grown ups.  Harvey?  He still has a chance but it’s not in an Arizona sexhab facility paying $40,000 a month.  It’s before God, a rabbi if he’s a Jew or a priest, should he be a CINO.  But, hope is there for all.  Give up sex outside of marriage.  For your time on earth.

10/17/17 The 2nd Fri the 13th in 2017 is an epic one.

100 years ago today the sun went wild, moving around like a Gene Kelly routine in an orchestrated dance in the sky.

The Wednesday Oct 13th that year was a very wet one, when Mary made her 6th trip to the town named for Muhammad’s daughter, Fatima in Portugal.  Not unlike her predictions 307 years previous, in Quito, Equador where she prophesied, with God’s help, the devastations of the 19th and 20th centuries.  As Our Lady of Good Success (Happy Endings/Events) and at Fatima, she always focuses on the center of the world and history: her Son.

On Previous 13ths of the preceding five months, Jesus’ mom gave prophecies of epic events, including the need to concentrate Russia to her Immaculate Heart; in 1917, she mentioned an upcoming pope of hope, Karol Wotyla who would become an ally of Reagan to turn back satan’s selling of atheistic communism.  We know him as Pope Saint John Paul II, one of the greatest popes of all time.  The battles for good vs evil continue since Cain and Abel, with Poland witnessing a million man & woman rosary march, a “Rosary at the Borders” on Oct 7, 2017, to stop the Islamic militants overrunning their country.  Didn’t know about this, the second largest prayer event in European history?  It was in the paper of record the New York Times

My protestant buddies may pooh pooh this, but yes Mary has always and is a prophet of hope.  Starting from her first “Yes”, all the way to that fateful Friday the 13th on Calvary when her beloved Son, THE Son, died that we might live forever.

Not unlike that war torn year 1917, we have had earthquakes, hurricanes, devastating wildfires including wine country and weinstein meltdown: Hollywood has always been the place where the devil was in the details, “Don’t get too close to that producer’s couch, daughter, when you audition, or you will pay with your body to be a star”.  The powerful, like Mrs. Clinton, ALWAYS compartmentalize, ie look the other way until they can’t, when their spouses or themselves, use people as property and suck the lifeblood, like locust-vampires of doom, out of everyone they meet.

The devil always gets his due, except with Mary and her Son.

Certainly, California and our country need a corruption eruption remedy.  The district of corruption swamp has never been more visible, as the Sacramento cesspool of corrupt, mainly Democrat, power lusters.  How sad: the city on the Blessed Sacramento named for the bloodless sacrifice of the Last Supper, has descended so terribly, especially with Catholics like Xavier Becerra, Jerry “Enviro 1” Brown.

Look to a Weinsteinette in the senate: Kamala, at 29, got her political career off to a bedtop start, jumping into the sack with a married Slick Willie West Brown, who at 60 had a faithful wife at home.  Today, Kamala claims human traffic cop, but instead helps to kill kids by the busload, an endless human trafficking of baby parts and dead dreams for both mothers and their aborted daughters & sons.  Repentence and renewal is something ALL of us need to do, including this author.

Mary brought that message 100 years ago today.  Maybe, Father God chose the 13th as the monthly date for His mother, Regina Coeli, the Queen of Heaven to visit three kid shepherds in Fatima, because it was the death date for her Son, visited by young shepherds 33 years or so previously anno Domini.

Scumbags like Harvey, Willie and Eppy are a dime a dozen in Hollywood, were abusing women is the state religion.  As well as our state’s and nation’s power centers.  Someday, maybe it’s coming, this will change, where a woman doesn’t have to undress to get attention, do the producer to get her SAG card, then be dumped due to age, overuse or misuse and recycled to the ash heap of forgone dreams.

The one star of hope to remember is the one over the House of Bread: Bethlehem.  Heralding, like the great pyramid of Giza, the coming of the Christ (that pyramid is STILL missing the top cornerstone even today) as we are reminded yearly on the day of rebirth.

The one star chart of Guadalupe to remember shows Mary DOES make it to earth; she is doing as much today as during the years as a mother to well, GOD!

The main prayer of hope is easily remembered and recited: the Rosary.  So like that wet Wednesday 100 years ago today, focus on Mary’s Son, just as the Sun focused on those drenched eyewitnesses, turning them instantly dry.

Our hope cannot lie in boorish perverts like Weinstein, owned by the Disney Co.  I know, directly of one beautiful woman who said “No” to letting a Disney producer use her body to keep a role and left the secular acting and singing world with both her soul and body intact.  Nor in earthly things that can be dismantled by shaking earth, raging winds or wild fires.  Our hope must lie in the person the focus of Mary’s Fatima prophecy, a great pope, who like us, is a witness to the one Hope that transcends time and eternity: Jesus the Christ.   Enjoy Friday the 13th; reflect on that Wed the 13th of the same month 1200 months ago, witnessed by 70,000.

Look toward the heavens: Jesus will be back sometime in the future.  Until then, He sends us warmth with His sun.  He feeds us with his carbon dioxide, mixed with water and light from that sun (which via photosynthesis FEEDS the World), yet another miracle gift from God we ignore or debase, calling it evil pollution.

9/9/18  Today marks the 168th birthday of the Golden State’s admission into this great land of ours.  But to me, the family and so many others, it also is the 7th anniversary of the loss of one of the world’s great mothers, sib, teacher, friend, lover…did i mention ‘friend’?

Domestic engineer, author, advisor, counselor, daughter…Ireland trip winner that got donated when her hubby shoulda been shot, drawn and quartered…

49 days short of 49 years, as her loving sis Caryn points out, was waaay too short.

She supported me in becoming a realtor and then realtor/broker, which continues to be my privilege helping people today;  working multiple jobs to be a youth minister for 30+years, now a privilege as a sub-in teacher for St Norberts (you can’t raise a family in the OC easily on Church salary but then the rewards are well, priceless and eternal)

2555 days ago, Donna went home to heaven.  Days later, 900 will recite the rosary with her at St Anthony Claret; 1100 will conclude her funeral Mass at Holy Family Cathedral by reciting the prayer of St Gertrude, sending a million one hundred joy-filled souls out of purgatory into the eternal realm where Jesus, His mom and so many others dwell. How that works?  Ask St Gertrude and God; they’re up there with Donna

How do you measure a life? Like in past posts, let me share a couple more miracles. I do this because each year i discover someone who knew Donna but didn’t know of her early trip above.   The Christmas day discovery of 4th stage cancer led to chemo and other therapies to rid this amazing mom of the scourge.  But, one of her turning points was the total faith in God and her love for the Catholic Church led her to realize after an April healing Mass, that her healing was spiritual and not physical in nature.

God has a plan for each of us, for you and for me, no matter what faith we proclaim, even for the Lenins among us who believe there is no god nor God and blindly follow communism and/or socialism.  Sorry Bern: ask Pope Pacelli and America’s bishop Sheen: socialism is evil.  Just as slaveryism, fascism, Naziism and its descendant planned parenthoodlum child harvesting cannibalism are ex and intrinsic evils that need to be stamped out.  Donna was a free market capitalist who loved everyone and offered solace to the many–and the individual.  She had faith in her kids, family, friends and her man.  As imperfect, trust me as he was and is.

Donna knew this and moved forward by offering her pain and sufferings for the needs of others all the way to her death day.  And in heaven, as the poem that ends this blogpost points out, heaven only knows how much intercessionary prayers she is engaged in!  Knowing Donna, tons.  My kids were rappers before they hit hollywood.

One year ago, Harvey’s wake continued, Irma bore down on Florida.  8.1 earthquake just hit the Mexico that hurricane Jose made land on.

Today, we have the New York Time$ fake anonymous concoction and the Steele poo poo spy scandal fruad starting to come out after 25, so far, FBI&DOJers have been released from their toddlerhood.

The Algorean heretics continue to insult God, giving credit to man and calling one of His gifts, a substance mixed with water and sunlight that feeds the world, “pollution”, while stealing billions in money needed elsewhere for real science, to export good construction, agriculture and other technologies to the 2nd and 3rd world.  CO2 remains the photosynthetic miracle of life.  The Maunder Minimum approaches, and the daily kerfuffle (Mr Greenhut) or Dem crisis du jour leading us to what I perceive will transform this modern Dark Age: the Renaissance of Truth, Life & Love.

Speaking of the conflicted, the end of the worlders, who believe they have insights (only God knows the day and time) and looked to Sept 20-21, 2017,  the convergence of the Jewish Feast of Trumpets coinciding with Muharram, the Islamic new year, as the point of His return.  The ring side seats proved this to be nothing burger, yet being right with God is always a first must.

You know who you are; there is no point of no return, even as the phantom sung in a fave opera, just get right with Jesus before HIS point of forever return.  I’ve seen hell in helplessly watching Donna’s nine months of devolution and passing; yet it is ant sized compared to what the real hell is for those who choose to ignore the signs of the times, and the words of the Bible.  Ask Dante, the children of Fatima, Sister Kowalska nee St Faustina and others.

The real miracle Mrs Kramer experienced the day after the funeral on Friday, Sept 16th remains pivotal.  At Mass, when praying for her soul, Donna revealed to Lauren that thank you, “I will pass on your prayers for those who need them”.  Lauren told me months later about this; i asked her what it meant and Lauren said it means she is a generous lady AND in heaven.  Think Len is delusional? Sorry, no such luck on this.  Take it up with Donna.  I’m sure, being outside time and space, she’s able to hear you.  My not so keen hearing, not so much.

Ok, my God-doubting, and Protestant, Jewish, Muslim et al friends, yes it happened.

Mary, Jesus’ mom.  Her birthday happens one day before Donna’s heaven day on Sept 8th.

Bernadette (Sanders) Pendleton experienced piano-esque capabilities; new client, now in her home with Joe and the kids, Siobhan Nye asks for her prayers as well.  Mary continues to cash in her frequent flyer miles in places like Mexico City, Fatima, Portugal; Ecuador, Japan, Egypt, Poland.  She’s even on toast sold on Ebay.

Funny, how our Muslim friends rever Mary as a Virgin, only #2 to Fatima; our Protestant friends, sadly, fear her as some satanic look a like, all the while not universally protesting satan’s plantation today, planned parenthood int’l.  Even Josh King, former coven leader talks about satanic rituals using aborted children as the sacrament equivalent of the Blessed Sacrament(o?) called the Eucharist.  Thanksgiving for the blessings of eternity.

Donna the Teacher and Lover

We are in our 35th year of home schooling err domicilic pedagogy and Donna and I embarked on this adventure long before it was fashionable.  Parents ARE the primary educators of their children, not the state of disarray or California.  Donna loves her 11 kids, can visit with her grandson John on occasion and the other eight, including a newbie waiting for daylight with Josh and Maryanne.  The busy are usually the go-to people; Donna always had time to help others.  Our ministry at St Callistus, Anthony and the Holy Family Cathedral were done together, though she never got to Europe for World Youth Days or Salt Lake for Ski Utahs.  Her kids were her focus.

No, Dominic, the Church is not the whore of Babylon; that title is reserved for something else.  A member of this Church, despite it’s history of priest and layperson failures, Donna is praying for you just as she prayed for the woman who shared her room at St Joe’s who was dying.

Beautiful tale of love:  Twice, Donna needed to be in the hospital after her Period of Cure Attempts ended after Christmas Day 2010.  As usual, she’s looking out for the other not herself.

.  The first time, a woman with no family stayed awake through the night and Donna, though in similar straights, ministered to her needs.  Praying with her, talking to her, without believe it or not, texting and other social media tools.  She showed her love, sacrificed her sleep for the needs of another.  Something she did throughout 30 years of raising kids and putting up with Len.  Loving Jesus. Devoted to His and Mary’s sacred hearts. Sacrificing for others, especially the 11 entrusted to her care that she bore.

The other time, Donna shared her room with another 50ish woman who was losing the battle as well.  This second time, we hubbies got special permission to stay the night and the four of us took time to relate, share and more.  I still think of this family; the daughter owns a pizza place on Commonwealth in Fullerton, as friends

Life is a journey, with one long term goal:  living happily forever in the Heavenly City.

Donna is praying for you; for her brother David to reconcile with Hollie his wife, which is still a possible but not probable and begin their marriage together.  For her older sister Caryn that she stay focused on her faith and know that she too misses her.

That’s when you told me that you were going to propose to her. I was so happy and excited for you because Donna was so sweet and kind and you could tell she completed each other. Donna was the type of woman that most woman wanted to be she could hold down the house and still be calm enough to make all of her children feel special along with everyone around her loved. Donna was an angel 😇 on earth .

Teri Wetter I remember when she watched Nathan when Jonathan was getting treatment in LA. She had 4 or 5 kids at the time and home schooling them too. She would say no problem, happy to help. Miss her.

Lisa Abramson I remember times to talking with Donna and praying with her. She was so relaxed and a great example of being a mom. Each one got attention. And she would light up, Len, as she shared stories of your early years. Yours was a special relationship! ❤

Patty Magdaleno · I remember hanging out in the office with her talking about everything and anything all at once. She was always willing to listen. I have the Bible she gave me, and I can still picture her smile. She was a beautiful soul. She is dearly missed.

Katy Meadows I remember our camping trip to Yosemite. I enjoyed helping her take care of Joshua and Matthew. She was such a dear person. She always gave me great advice. I will never forget her and look forward to seeing her again in heaven. ❤

I am so blessed and continue to be.  Donna remains an important, though somewhat limited role, part of so many’s lives because after all:  ALL of us live forever, but for a brief interruption at our earthly death.  No uHaul trailers behind the hearse, including the one that was followed on Sept 15th by more cars to Holy Sepulcher except Carl Karcher’s.  Donna one time helped to cook a chicken dinner for the Karchers to honor their prolife work…AT our home, when the St Anthony Claret kitchen ovens failed. And transported to the church hall.  She never complained just did what moms do.

Not all gifts are easy and simple.  No child EVER was.

But Love as God loves: Love Him with your whole soul, body, mind and spirit.  Love your neighbor as yourself.  This last needs to replace the idiocy of the Democrat owned media, ABCNNBCBS and the DCNY Times-Post.  We are NOT a racist people, Trump is trying, the DC swamp is so deep it may never be drained, no diff than moonbeam’s Sacracesspool.

But know this: if you follow Christ, nothing yes nothing is impossible.  His Father’s perfect will can coincide with our imperfect ones.  Be open to the Spirit.

A mother and father’s role is to help their kids, educate them not indoctrinate, teach them about God, His creation and processes, the Eternals.  To warn them of the -isms that dog the earth always, repackaged under names like environmental stewardship, androgenic climate change, neo-Naziism, old-communism, watermelon biospherics etc.

Mayors, councilmembers, recall candidate Newman, Church leaders and other public servants

Ever heard of prescriptive easement?  Welcome to ObamaVille OC LLC, our newest incorporated city in the land of the free and the home of the brave Angels.

Before we lose the publicly owned river trail, all 100 miles, it’s time for Deferred Action for Homeless Arrivals or DAHA.  As well as the new Christ Cathedral.

I have practiced real estate for three decades and owning a home, through the ups and downs, the 2007 highs, 2011 lows and today’s resurgence in home values, remains a key and necessary goal.  California is an incredible state, with abundant natural resources and lots of land; the lack of California housing by bureaucrat overreaching overegulation and rad environmental cases’ interference is criminal.  And a huge part of the problem.

The recent ADU 2017 law is a start, but building homes doesn’t get mentally ill off the street or the chronically unemployed a job…

ASB 86 DAHA  Deferred Action for Homeless Arrivals.  For their safety and to prevent prescriptive easement election.

1. ALL homeless occupying a public space must be photo-IDed and registered.
2. Duly registered, they must receive a temporary transient visa for their protection and that of the public
3. They must carry one at all times, since new arrivals smell “free stuff” across the world.  Call it an Orange card
4. A tent title form must be attached to all tent structures, since they constitute building on public ground, no different than Angel’s Stadium, the $190 MM nameless nightlight ArCtic (C for cost prohibitive), museum or city hall, etc.
5. A data registry to track the movement and building of each ObAmAvilles will aid getting the mentally ill, the transitional housing needy and unemployed placement.
6. The homeless have one year to transition off the streets of XXX ObAmAville XXX.

My suggestion protects the taxpayers from losing all their public properties to a million strong ObAmAville emcampment in the OC and anywhere else they pop up.  It treats the homeless as human beings that need help up, help out or mentored and challenged to grow up and join society.

But, as Houston and Irma have shown, home is not necessary the building; it is the person or persons one is related to by blood or choice that comprise a family.  And owning the home is moot if it is tornadoed or washed away by the likes of Harvey.

If someone wants to live the homefree lifestyle, that is their American prerogative. However, being an adult is something that is too often NOT fostered in today’s societal cultures.

The core of American’s wealth is in its people; industrious, generous, willing to help, willing to make the daily sacrifices to attain wealth, help their families have security and a roof over their head, educate and train tomorrow’s American leadership today.

The key here is that the ObamaVilles are being established or built up and the word is out: hobos of America, we have our spot.  Hobos?  The “kings of the road” used to ride the rails in empty boxcars and drift from place to place.  No longer.

Solutions to Obamaville LLCs is built into solving these one at a time and making the hard decision to be a tough love parent, not a bleeding heart leftist building your voting base.

In the same article, Kris Murray proposed Anaheim declare a state of emergency.  I like Council Kris and mayor Tait both, because a healthy society and culture, council and life require adults communicating and disagreeing as adults, as the two do routinely on the council.  And Dr. Moreno, Steve et al on the  Anaheim City Council.  California, Sacramento, the Gang of 91 I can’t stand as they destroy California.  DC.

ObamaVille LLC could span all 100 miles of river bed from the mountains to the sea.  The difficulty is public servants don’t serve the public need because if tent squatting is allowed on the river bed, so also at Pioneer Park, Angels stadium, Magnolia park and ride, etc.  Anywhere.  While LAGarcetti grumbles about explorer Columbus, replacing it with indigenous peoples day, the lawless do what they do best.  Build up homeless cities.

Concrete solutions:

Give everyone on the riverbed 30 days to find new living quarters.  Otherwise, it will extend from San Antonio Falls to Huntington Beach.

1.  Post the sign of imminent eviction and stop calling them “homeless.” We don’t call people who ride the bus ‘carless’ or dieters ‘foodless’.

And post a sign like “ObamaVille LLC Angels stadium, a part of the Obamanation of 2008-2016, is officially closed to new tenants.   All current tent tenants have 30 days to leave.

If you are looking for free quarters, go to the shadow White House, known as the Jarrett Building in DC or the Soros compound in NY, where you will be accommodated with free lodging, food, water and all the anarchist protestor signs you need.”

Anaheim has a great partnership of volunteers and staffers who seek out and help the homeless, make evaluations and help them up from their rooflessness.  There are tons of good, hardworking help groups at work.  But, an encampment is permanent in the micro-homeless world of victimologists and everything is a racist alt-Universe.

Set up tenant tables at both ends of Obamaville Angels Stadium.  Every tent tenant must register and indicate the reason they are temporarily in this ObamaVille; find out when they arrived in California and why.  When a seller sells and a buyer buys, the transfer is evidenced by recorded grant deeds or change of title.

When someone brings in their tent, no title or tenancy exists or transfer; however, tenancy is implied should that person be there five years.  Read the law.

Homeless categories are many but include mentally ill.  Temporary or chronic unemployed.  Abused refugees. Hobo or street living as a lifestyle preference.

Mentally ill.  If they are mentally ill, they need to be photographed, logged and any living relatives in the US or abroad must be located to take and care for them.  Neighbors help neighbors, but families have first right of responsibility.  If no relative exists, then other options must be evaluated. But they do NOT belong in the growing web of Kraemer shelters, etc.  For their safety and the public’s.

Unemployed.  What is critical is non-indoctrinated wise humans between the needy/wanty and the governmental kaching machine.  Adults need to help evaluate and not get snowed by “victims” so the true needy can be separated from the lazy and the wanty.  The trillions in welfare waste is because the money source is not private.  the breast is engored and incentives to NOT give it all away are wanting.

If someone just won’t work because they believe they are a CEO of a computer company instead of an uneducated, iPhone gamebanger, someone needs to mentor, hold them accountable and help take the baby steps to become contributing societal members.

Or be sent back to mom’s basement.  No one can force junior to work unless mom kicks him out or holds him accountable, step by step in hunting, schooling, working.  A good work ethic is teachable; laziness is not often easy to remedy.

Ministries for interview clothes loaned to prospective employees, coaching, training etc are all available.  We are so connected social media wise and other areas of the country need workers if none can be found local. Yes, the wall needs to go up to protect the illegals and citizens from inVested Bombers who care nothing for Americans kept alive.  Like the domestic terrorists at planned parenthood HQ in Orange, Tustin@22 fwy, where Ms Cavecche once served as mayor.

The street as home preference means that if they won’t agree to be mentored, they need to move on.  So many of the growing encampments are because of the lack of moral compass in both the ‘homeless’ and the bureaucrats.  There is nothing compassionate about letting people waste their lives away sucking off other people’s money.  Yes, I know, politicians do it all the time, but that’s a different though similar problem. It is our fault we elect them and fail to hold them accountable for their promises.

If you promote dumb or coddle poor life choices with rewards, you get more of the same. And if the civil rights law beagles claim there is an American right to sleep in the river bed, ask the snake with skid marks to ask if he’d MAKE HIS HOME available.  After all, no one will own private property if all public property is available for prescriptive easement.   You can’t please the lawless, those who believe law and order involves frying the law, cops as pigs while ordering more arson and mayhem in Berkeley.  The Mayor of Berkeley is a miscreant: he says let the kiddies throw their tantrums and terrorize the town.  Reagan dealt with it and put the toddler tyrants down with only one death.

Guarantee, many of the homeless are not locals but emigres.

When Brian and Amanda couldn’t find a way here in the OC, they sought out a life outside California.  I miss their three kids terribly, but I commend Brian, as the head of the house and father, husband to my favorite oldest daughter, Amanda, for being the man.  He took the job that came his way; yes, there was some help along the way from family, but it is easier to help those that are able and willing.  Just like the incapable super needy.

It’s the large ‘middle class style’ in between crowd we need to mitigate and help take the allurement of street life off the table by sound measures.  One is cut off funding that is not linked to progress, seeking work, getting training etc.

Classically, full time is 2000 hours a year of work; some work less and others more. Entrepreneurs work years with little payback while the govmint entities wait with their hands at the ready to snatch your income.

Look at the fossil fuel debacle in California that is fueling the homeless crisis.  The actual tax is 65.34 cents per gallon today.  When Harvey hit, prices upped.  When November hits, the moonbeam and legi$layer$ will suck like a vampire another 12 cents plus the hidden carbon fraud Cap’n TiRade taxes as well.  The key word is hidden: this gouge is hidden in the pump price.  You gotta do your homework to get to the truth.

We real estate people, work tirelessly to help clients get the best service.  Some jobs are clock punchers; others are exempt with lots of uncompensated extra work hours.  JOBS are not entitlements.  No one owes you nor me a job.  They are a gift from the private sector, an exchange of pay checks and benes for your intellectual or brawn abilities.
